Love the paying a contractor system. Also, I love the fact that you guys can automatically take out tax. I would like you guys to add a future will before you pay a contractor you can already have it in the system where you can pay their taxes for them or something like that you understand what I mean thank you

Well maintenanced and easy to use

I couldn’t recommend Found for Business banking more! The platform is fast, secure, and refreshingly modern. Both website and app are intuitive and provide everything I need as a small business owner. Entire process was seamless; opening account, getting check card, transfer money, and set up direct deposit immediately.

The Reporting and Tax tools are impressive and make finance much easier. I’m so glad I found Found. 🏦

Features offered and ease of setup was what I was in search of and Found nailed it!

They freeze your account and question every transaction all the time. They dont understand trucking industry at all also. They are morons.

Found makes sure every detail is covered and their app is easy to navigate. It has been an all around uncomplicated experience.

I am deeply disappointed by my experience with Found following a significant fraud incident on my account.
After my debit card information was compromised through a sophisticated fraudulent website impersonating a legitimate brand, my account experienced 14 unauthorized attempts in a single day. Eleven were denied, but three went through, totaling over $2,500. Despite extensive documentation, reports to the FTC and FBI, and cooperation with merchants, Found ultimately denied all disputes, stating “no error occurred,” without providing evidence of a meaningful investigation.
What has been most troubling is the lack of access to live support during an active fraud crisis. Once my cards were deactivated, Found’s phone system prevented me from reaching a human being, leaving email as the only option—where responses were slow, templated, or AI-generated. I never spoke directly with anyone from the Risk team before my claims were denied.
Even more concerning, fraud attempts are still occurring on my deactivated cards weeks later, which raises serious questions about how account security and tokenization are handled—yet Found continues to maintain that no error occurred.
In contrast, the merchant involved (eBay) investigated promptly and has already issued refunds on two of the three fraudulent charges, demonstrating that these transactions were in fact unauthorized.
I wanted to trust Found as my primary banking platform, but this experience has shown a lack of transparency, accountability, and customer protection during one of the most vulnerable moments a client can face. I no longer feel safe banking here.
Check their BBB reviews. They do nothing for anyone whose experienced fraud.

Hands down.\n The best banking app there is. It was an easy set up to get an account opened. And the plans are very diverse and help every level of business. I look forward to my metal card very shortly and I'll be able to get a medal card and justify the expense because found has and will offer every aspect to make your business successful.
