Every transaction is easy, regardless if i am.using the app, or the card

I just started with found so there is still a lot to learn, but so far I am really appreciating the ease with which money can be taken out for taxes and other savings goals automatically. It is such a huge help. Also, it easily connects to other accounts and cards, which has made business banking much easier.

I'm enjoying Found banking's ease of use and security.

HIGHLY Recommend Found for your business banking needs. This was the easiest fastest most convenient creation of a bank account I’ve ever had and didn’t have to call to speak to anyone. Within minutes my card was already being mailed and I was able to deposit/transfer money from my other account as well as activate my card when I got it immediately from the app by just pressing a button. I’m so grateful I have found Found lol 😆 looking forward to being able to use the tax features also, what a benefit!

I really like the flexibility and convenience of the pockets concept within the account. It is helping my business in many ways. Simple idea making a difference.

Easy to use, good features. Still learning about all the features

Exactly what I need for my business as far as banking and accounting. It makes it so easy and efficient to have it all in one place and the features work as they should completely free. Highly improved experience from my last system I was paying a small fee for and features that wouldnt even work. Very happy I switched!!

So far, the interface has been really easy for me to use. I can organize my payments and examine my expenses really easily. The support has been easy to use as well. Overall, no complaints, and for anyone looking to set up their business account quickly and easily, I would recommend Found. There is one issue that I find would improve Found, which is to make cash deposits into Found free. Other than that, it's really great to use!

I'm new to the app but Ive been in business for 25 years. I recently moved to Florida so many of my customers are out of state. Found allows me to accept payments from them with no problem

I've been online banking for almost 30 years (starting with NetBank) so I'm not opposed to the idea, but Found is FinTech (picture money-hungary founders in a room discussing ARR). As such, they complicate the UI and experience with funnels to pay fees and get others to open accounts. Also, I'm sure it was buried in small print, but THEY DON'T DO PAPER CHECKS. Let's be realistic: normal businesses still use those from time to time, and paying $1 per paper check to be sent from the platform is absurd.

The customer experience is anchored by a worthless AI bot, Franklin, who spits out the same useless information and gate keeps actual human help. Having to argue with them to receive funds from a wire for working capital was utter nonsense as well.

Also, I quickly moved from the bookkeeping features they promote because they're terribly insufficient and you'll still need accounting software (or a spreadsheet).

I gave it two stars because I'm generous. I recognize the usefulness in limited cases, but I'm terribly distraught I chose the platform for an actual 9-5 type business. Highly do not recommend unless you really don't need much from a business bank other than holding money. Of course, they'll complain when you receive some (you can invoice, but your customers are directed to fee-based options or direct wire... Payments are not automated without fees... Which is stupid for finTECH).

Out of the box inflexible. Wouldn't take a t/f of funds from a joint account I held with my husband to seed this acct, wouldn't let me do a deposit of a rent check until I used their debit card 5 times. Chat bot can't explain why and cannot cannot reach anyone by phone. Get an email 2 days later with no option to talk to someone and no solution. How can you get the money into this account if you can't deposit a check or transfer funds?! Makes no sense. Also no option for paper checks which we hardly ever use but need in a pinch sometimes or for some contractors. Will close it.

Clients are unable to pay my invoices. Can’t deposit their checks…I regret moving my business account to Found. Will need to investigate more traditional options.

I appreciate how intuitive it is. I appreciate having everything in one space!
