Ordered a film. Wrong film received. Repeated attempts to contact and eventually told they would send correct film. No film received so asked for a refund. Asked again. Still no response or refund. This took place over 5 months to date.

Home and away 1998 and 2002 season wasn't there. Missing many episodes aswell.

Ordered a copy of Ellis Island, a series my wife loved, on VHS. When it arrived it was on two DVDs. The first DVD was fine, the second wasn't. I sent an email and had a very quick reply. Since then nothing despite several emails, no response.

Order the home and away set. Which the quality is pretty good to be fair, but it only seem to work on my laptop with all season... well most, and some episodes work on my ps5 and smart tv. But not all, The communication with the seller is terrible. Try to email them because the 1998 season and most of the 2002 wasn't there. Overall I'm pretty satisfy with the order but the communication need to inprove and update your survey especially if you not got the season that you say you got.

Be Warned!! Never buy fom this company!! think this is a total scam!!!! Do Not Trust these Unscrupulous people!! Placed an order, never arrived!!!! Wrote several emails, NO response, NO communication!!!! Luckily I paid with paypal, so managed to get a refund!! Well, the dvds did arrive BUT These are Not genuine dvds, they are copies and therefore pirate dvds and illegal as they break copywright laws. I have reported this to Trading Standards for investigation, and will send them the dvds.!!!! Be warned!!!

This company trades in illegal recordings of DVD's of very low quality. My advice is do not trade with this company unless you are happy with watching very low quality films.

I was a little supprised by the quality and the commication from this company. If you read the listing and you know what you are expecting you will be happy. My only complaint I could no. Overall good purchase and happy customer :)

I brought the quest a three part series
the first 2 episodes were good but the third
had black bars top and bottom cutting most of the
picture. I complained about this and they sent another
dvd with the same problem. Their has been no response since.

Excellent seller. My purchase arrived very quickly and was exactly as described. Communication from the seller was excellent as well. I will happily buy from the seller again A++++

What a rip-off! Complete series of old BBC nautical drama arrived in a DVD carry case not as the expected box set package. Discs had no menu so unsure how many episodes on each disc, just waited to see if another episode appeared. 2 were unplayable
What happened to copyright law? No e.mail's have been answered. Where are they based? Trading Standards and the BBC should investigate this blatant flaunting of the law and false representation of the products and packaging on offer.

Bought the Neighbours hard drive £195 for my mum who’s had a stroke, she loves the old Neighbours series and I couldn’t find it anywhere, so ordered it here, took 3 days to come and it’s brilliant A++++ to James and Cheryl

Wow 🤩. Amazing selection of rare tv and films on DVD. I read the description so understood it’s not commercially available. So I knew what I was buying which I am fine with. I wanted to watch this rare classic again so paid via PayPal. Item arrived in 2 days later. Good service 5star

Yet to watch but already disappointed it's a fake.

Also card payment wasn't working I received an invoice the following day for PayPal payment. Probably so they can avoid banks. Should have been suspicious then but really wanted this series.

I ordered 3 weeks ago, and honestly thought I was never going to receive my order, especially after been given 2 dates it was supposedly posted! However, it arrived today....picture quality is superb and the sound is top notch. I've been after this tv movie for 10 years. So happy now.

I brought the Down To Earth DVD series set from this company. I thought it would be better quality than what I received.

They were copies from UKTV (Drama Channel), the logo was on the screen. Some copies were poor and didn't play and one of the DVDs had spelling mistakes on. All for around £50.

I think the BBC and ITV should look into this company as it is against copyright!

I was very happy with the dvds that arrived. I was apprehensive about dealing with a small business but desperate to get a physical copy of a much loved series. One dvd was a repeat so a few episodes were missing but I am sure this is an honest mistake. I am more than happy with the quality and cleanliness of the dvd and box. I found this seller responsive and helpful. I am glad people provide a service like this.

Besides the fact I'm not sure this is legal on their part, it's dreadful.
I spent £25 on Jeopardy. I kind of had a feeling it wouldn't be official, but figured a nice DVD from a site that's put it together may be nice. Bought this in September 2020 and just found it during a clearout now and thought I best share this with people.

Everything about it is poor. DVD case with badly printed, faded green pictures. Text not legible andv FOUNDTHATFILM.CO.UK all over it. DVDs themselves plain white with just the title written on, and in one case a number crossed out with sharpie where they obviously printed the wrong on.

THE DVDs AREN'T EVEN NEW. They've obviously taken dvds that have been lying around because they are all scratched to hell! The dvds have no menus or anything. They've literally just ripped the footage (probably off youtube to be honest!) and just thrown it on the discs.

One episode didn't work, so I emailed them and they apologised, said this had never happened and that they would send a replacement immediately. This never happened. I THEN realised that a whole disc for season 3 was missing. I ended up finishing the season off on youtube. They said they'll send a whole fresh batch out to me in Oct 2020 and this didn't happen either.

Absolutely dreadful. Stay clear. Upon reflection there's no way this is any more legal than just downloading it yourself, and you don't get any of the benefits of having a physical dvd because it's just someone throwing video files on a disc and posting it to you.
