Misleading
I bought water feature knowing that it has light features. When I set it up, there's no lights. I contacted the store, after back and forth, at the end they said there's no light features in that product. It's an error in the system. How come? Mentioned in the website and the instructions too. Exactly the same product. They gave me options to swap with different features which I don't want and a bit a hassle to send it back or partially refund which I agreed on. They said refund will get process the next day. It has been a week, I am still waiting for the refund. It's misleading advertisement, unprofessional, very disappointed.

I am terribly sorry, you have been provided a 10% discount on a fountain that has no lights but you insisted on lights. This is a 50% discounted fountain with free delivery, not sure what else could we have done. Yet you score a 1 star so unfair and unrealistic.

Not sure what the review is for what service, this is utterly fallacious. Your order is for regional delivery, and placed on Monday, tracking shows it is on board a truck for delivery. May be wait until you get the item before posting a review. Have a nice weekend and hope you get to enjoy your item.
Concern 2 satisfaction
To be honest, initially I had some concerns as my order was damaged and then the same item was out of stock but The Fountain Store assisted by letting me choose another feature for more money if necessary - the extra would be waived, and this time a beautiful water feature was delivered safely, undamaged to a family member on the other side of Australia. Thank you for following through. TDP
