FPS was established in 2006 as a multi-disciplined Fire Protection Provider, however in 2016 we re-organised our business to specialise and focus on a smaller number of key Products & Services. ‘FPS’ was born out of my disillusionment with some of the larger ‘players’ in the industry. These large companies appeared to be more concerned with themselves rather than their customers & staff. I felt we could do a much better job. Simon Gwinnett’s ambition for FPS is to be known as a highly reputable company, centered around delivering high-quality products and workmanship, whilst maintaining open and honest business practices that clients can trust. We will achieve this by focusing on our clients’ priorities, consistently exceeding their expectations and building long-term, trustworthy relationships. FPS were one of the 1st companies in Wales to achieve FIRAS third party accreditation for the design, installation and commissioning of sprinkler systems. We have taken a lead in advising clients and building control authorities to ensure that systems are compliant, robust & cost-effective. Our central philosophy of ‘quality first & foremost is at the heart of what we do. Excellent service once again from Nathan at FPS. The system has been inspected annually since moving in and we've always had exceptional service from FPS. Their new service plans are also good for additional peace of mind.

Great first impressions
I'd booked a free consultation since I had no handover or advice whatsoever when buying a new build. We'd spent a few years being subtly aware that we're supposed to have some kind of maintenance done on the sprinkler system but had no idea where to go. Fortunately, the guys at FPS fire dropped a leaflet through the door pointing out a free visit to show us the ropes. We booked it, figuring we might as see how they fare for free before committing to their paid services.
We were visited by Tom. He was courteous, friendly and concise. Showed us everything we needed to know and came across supportive and eager. So much so that I decided to just buy into their maintenance service on the spot.
Keep this guy, FPS. He's doing you proud.

We arranged the first call out with fps to come show us how to use the sprinkler system and tell us how it works. The young boy was very polite and very knowledgeable. We then arranged our service while the boy was here. We had to cancel one and they were very accommodating over the phone getting another appointment booked for the following week. The gentleman who came and service the system was really good in and out in no time at all. No complaints what so ever

Tom from FPS visited to explain the Sprinkler system in our new Persimmon home. The insight and explanation was far more detailed than could be taken from the documentation supplied in the Welcome pack, so a visit is certainly worth booking.
