Absolutely Awful ordered in early March it’s now mid April, they said it would take longer for my order as it was stuck in customs but I would eventually hear of them I have emailed them they said the order would be fulfilled within the week and it’s now been another two weeks with no contact from the company, I have requested a refund

I am very sorry to hear of your experience Jack, this is well below the standard that you should have received and we can only apologise for this.
I can see that you placed a back order to benefit from our sale price and that the shipment that was meant to include more of this fragrance was held at UK Customs creating an initial delay. Sadly though the container when it arrived with ourselves was missing the notified stock of this fragrance. What should have happened then was you should have been contacted by oursslves and advised of the problem but for some reason although your account is marked as a follow-up email being sent I cannot see that it actually left our system.
We will have our IT team look at this to identify the problem and ensure that it cannot happen again to another customer. In the meantime I would like to offer you a 10% discount voucher off of your next order from ourselves as an apology. If youa re happy for us to send this to you then please contact our Customer Service Team and they will organise this for you.

Excellent Service- Would Recommend To Anyone
As a first-time customer I admit I was slightly sceptical. I hadn’t heard of Fragrance House before, their prices were extremely competitive and they also stocked a very hard-to-find item. However, I did some online shop research, read all the reviews (a few negative ones in there, however I’m not convinced of their authenticity, so disregarded them) and also researched their bricks-and-mortar shop. Satisfied that everything was very much legit, I placed my order, and am delighted I did so. When I had a question after placing the order, I called the shop and they were extremely friendly and helpful. Delivery was super-fast! The item was ordered Saturday afternoon and it arrived Tuesday morning. It was extremely well packaged, and overall I’m really happy. I would recommend Fragrance House to anyone.
