Great Service Always 5 Stars Thank you Again Freedom for sorting out a Vehicle

I was in need of a new lease car, I got a good deal on a car with them a few years ago and saw a good offer on their website so when ahead with it.

The process, in the most part, was pretty straight forward, the price quoted was the same as on the website. The staff are friendly, professional and courteous, and got back to me within about 24 hours each time.

The reason it's not 5 stars is because they don't use a digital signature software (docusign, etc.) to sign documents.
Printing off documents, signing them, scanning them, sending them back seems rather antiquated in 2022. Especially when having to do the whole process again because the PDF didn't print out the page number and form description at the bottom correctly resulting in the forms getting rejected. The number of hours spent by staff and customers each month doing it this way, instead of just signing the documents digitally in seconds, must be quite a few. (What about customers who don't have access to a printer/scanner..)

Also, despite having a list of about 100 features to the car being ordered, (some of which I had to look up to find out what they were) there was no clear mention whether the car was mild or full hybrid or the boot capacity (seats up or down). 2 rather key points to omit, especially as the full-hybrid's boot space is about 130L smaller than it's mild hybrid compatriot. Boot size being a fundamental factor in my reason for needing a new car and for choosing the one I did.

The website is well laid out and quite intuitive to use, although it is not as good as some of the competition, for example, you can't choose cars in order of availability (especially important with so many long wait times for cars currently) and have to choose between an electric/hybrid and estate car type (what if I want an estate car that is also electric/hybrid?)

Overall, a good company, good service and staff, a few areas for improvement. I would be happy to use them again.

Freedom Vehicle is the best leasing company you could ever find, very competitive prices compared to any other dealers around, no hidden costs behind their prices, and one of their great quality is nevertheless the efficiency and high quality costumer service care they provide to their costumers, being always available, even after completion of the deal.

This is 5th or 6th vehicle i have got from freedom. I got regular updates when the vehicle was coming. Freedom were £200 a month cheeper then my local dealer. It really was a no brainer.
