The company appears to be in it for a quick buck. I ordered a bob via FC website, which came with a bald spot. I reached out to the company via all platforms and was given the run around for days. Upon getting in touch with someone via WhatsApp, I explained the problem and was told that I can return the hair via post (which I paid for) but could only get store credit. I sent an additional sum for a longer/different unit, and that one took 17days to get to me in the UK. When it arrived, I could instantly tell it was a used (probably display) wig. The centre part was huge and overly bleached, and there are endless flyaways at the top where the closure is, which makes the unit feel super uneven(thick at the top, thin at the end). I am sitting here in disbelief that FC is getting away with passing these wigs off as luxury and charging so much for them. I got the item on “sale”(over £1000), which means it is non-refundable. Freedom Couture knows exactly why they implemented that policy. Such a shameless company!

Transphobic and let down, idk what happened to the brand, but they make garbage now. Save your coin, inconvenient truth, sorry not sorry

I bought a wig. Happy with it. Decided to buy another two within two weeks. I asked if they were the same size as my previous purchase and she confirmed yes. To my Horror when I get them and they are big. They have no care an for a quick dollar sold me the wrong size!! When i emailed she showed no bother to help fix their mistake. Over 5k
For nothing. Cant be worn.

I’ve purchased about seven or eight wigs from FC, but as of late I’ve been disappointed. In the beginning they’re great but then the shedding as well as balding occurs before the sixth month mark—unacceptable with the amount of money I pay for the units. All in all I feel like the quality has gone down tremendously. However, if you cannot find a wig place, FC will be just fine for you. I’ve just had really great wigs in the past and the current ones are not cutting it.

Just received my wig from this company and I should have asked for help with my size because it feels too big on me and I don’t love the way it sits. I will still wear it but next time I’ll get a smaller size. Make sure to check your size on their website and I think you can ask them to help you choose the right size.

As vip I never received order and she didn’t even care but block me and I’m out of money. Please do not support this kind of business as the wigs shed like crazy it’s all filter. The reviews online are real! Do your research!

I've just received my 4th freedom couture wig. I purchased a custom order unit simply from commenting on an instagram story post. I think its so important to give praise where its due, the CSA was super friendly and helpful, even when I felt like i was asking silly questions she was super patient with me. The service I received is exactly what you'd expect when buying a luxury item. I've been wearing wigs and weaves for many years and as an Afro-Caribbean woman who has grown up around hairdressers and hair salons, I have a magnitude of experience when it comes to hair and I must say that FC's raw virgin hair is the BEST QUALITY I've ever come across. I 100% vouch for the quality and the service and would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a quality luxury item. Thoroughly enjoying my classic King Kylie unit (:

Unfortunately, I have to leave a review, because I’m quite disturbed at the dishonesty of this company. November 14, I ordered a size medium wig. When it arrived, it was clearly the wrong size. The amount of/netting gaping around the back of the head was excessive. I politely informed the owner, the one that calls everybody Bella, about the size issue. She got back to me and told me that it was indeed a size medium sent. She asked me To record a video of myself putting on the wig. After recording the video and then having to upload it to their WhatsApp, The message to me was that this wig is obviously a large wig! And there will be no refund because they don’t offer refunds on sale wigs! Even on sale this wig is around $1700.

The strategy is to keep the communication going so it extends past the seven day return period. They also have you try it on and use the wig so it also breaches another one of their return policy requirements!

At this time I have sent through the proof of the communication to PayPal and it is in an escalated state. I obviously did not order a large wig, but they decided to send a large wig. Not to offer a refund or even an exchange on this obvious mistake in which they have written and acknowledged in writing, shows that this company has a lack of integrity and needs to be exposed!

Pending the PayPal review, when I head back to Sydney later this year, I fully intend on taking this case to the Fair trading tribunal, where The case will be heard in front of a judge. We don’t have anything like this the Fairtrading tribunal in the USA and so I feel like they’re getting away with this by selling these Australian wigs in the USA. In Sydney, the trading tribunal will hold this company accountable for their shady practices.

Just got my Kim platinum lace front wig, love it! Natural looking hairline(like you’re not wearing a wig) and the density is full not thin/fine hair like most people say/review about. The strands/hair are shiny, soft and the cap is luxurious like the hair!

I feel the the urge to let you know about my experience with FC. I just received my 2nd unit from them. First one was bought in Jan 2021. I bought Monroe and Khloe and honestly I LOVE them!!! I cannot understand the bad reviews. None of them. The hair is the most soft and beautiful hair I have ever seen in my Life. The Colour is Perfect, really it is. And ladies I know my stuff as well as I‘m wearing fake hair since forever. I‘m just so relieved that now my real hair can grow without dying, overprocessing and damaging it.

It‘s not possible that your wigs were sent from China or Elsewhere if you were REALLY purchasing from their FC IG or website. There is no other place to purchase if you want to make sure that you will not be scammed. It’s just not fair to drag a companys name through the mud, if you were the one who made the mistake. My packages both were sent from Osborne Park in AU. So sorry not sorry.

Anyway, if you are a first time wig wearer (like myself), you have to know that you might ask other people or their incredible customer service for help. Or watch a lot of tutorials to install it properly eg.

This company will rip you off. I tried to return the product by the address on the package at the postoffice and the address they couldn't find even by the zip code, they had to guess it. I advised this company that it was received they said I sent it to the wrong place, no help, no concern they just took it and didn't return my money.

Too embarrassed to wear it. Not constructed well. I am depressed I spent so much money on a product that sits on the shelf. I feel like I have been fooled and they seem to have an issue giving back.

Pay attention! I bought the Yeezy full lace for $ 3500 Canadian and I was in contact with customer service at Freedom couture so they knew I had fair skin (I even sent them pictures) but instead of getting a transparent lace I got a VERY DARK BROWN lace. I can't wear the wig I paid a fortune for! I tried to cover the dark brown lace with white makeup but the lace is so dark it can't be covered. At first, i tried to return the wig but was told it was a final sale. I will never buy from this company again. In the beginning, I bought the Chardè wig which had to be brown but was very blonde when I received it. However, the lace was transparent but since it was too big and not the right color, I sent it back and it cost me $260! I exchanged it for the Yeezy and on their website, the Yeezy lace was transparent so this is what I should have received and not a dark brown lace. 😡 I am extremely disappointed and angry that I paid $ 3500 Canadian for a wig that I cannot wear + $260 for shipping to Australia! So I advise you not to buy their wigs! 😡

Horrible quality hair! Very coarse and just looks cheap. Only looks good when it’s out of the box, and the first wash it’s a $200 wig

The wigs are similar as the site & the lace is great BUT the hair itself is terrible. I spent $2000 which i saved months to raise that money. I have NEVER worn it as i'm too embarrassed as it looks like a $10 synthetic wig u get at the bargain basement stores.

I bought a wig for 1700 euros (Charde bleached knots). Which is a lot of money. Just received it today.

Straight out of the box:
The wig is so beautiful in it's middle part. Middle parts do not look good on me, because of my head shape and face features. But if i part it in the side, it doesn't look pretty, because it's too dense. You know when wigs look wiggy? That's how it looks like on me in it's middle part. I managed to fix that with mousse and straightener.

If I compare a synthetic wig cap construction, the synthethic one fits my face better and looks prettier. It's also because it's more voluminous and versatile.

I know I shouldn't be comparing synthetic wigs with real wigs. Synthetics can be customized better, but also last less long. I'm just saying that the construction and hair density of the synthetic wig is rather perfect, so you might be disappointed if you have experience with more fuller wigs.

Also a few things I noticed about the wig:
- The fullness is not the same as pictures on the site.
- When i parted it in a deep side part, it was stiff and did not work out. You might need a bit more work into that
- Also there's quite a few flyaways in the side part, just as much as the aliexpress wigs.
- You need to use pressed powder or foundation to color the lace, as it's transparent

Pro's:
- Hair feels light on the head and comfortable. The itchiness I experience with other wigs is non-existent with this one.
- Hair smells very nice
- Hair is styled very pretty
- The color is veryyy pretty
- Hair looks definitely more durable than other wigs, just have to test out how much more durable.
- Hair does not mat or tangle in the back like other wigs
- Hair is light and soft in the wind. Outside it behaves just like my own head of hair. I love that, other wigs do not have that! When it hits my face because of too much wind, it's tender and feels like it caresses it instead, while other cheaper wigs tend to hit you like a broom.

I do not regret buying it, it's one of the most beautiful human wigs I've ever received.

If you want a fuller wig and you are doubting if you should go to expensive brands, but you don't really have the money, stick to synthethics or cheaper wig brands.

If you do have money to blow, try and purchase a custom wig on the Freedom couture site and really customize it to your liking, with the color and density of your liking.

I would love to purchase another one of FC to try a lighter color. Also I think it's better if you get the lace front construction instead of full lace wig, as those tend to be much less density.

Terrible! Do not part with your money or prey that the wig you receive is true to size. Spent a lot of time researching wigs due to losing hair. Measured my head several times, and even did a WhatsApp consultation with Freedom couture to make sure I purchased the right size. Wig arrived. The sizing was so out that you could have put a fist in the back of the wig, with room to spare. I had so many hope on getting the right wig, and rebuilding myself my confidence and self esteem.
