Overall I’ve spent $3000 dollars on different wigs from FC over 3 years. I have purchased size M Every time and yet every wig I have is a different size. Only one of them fits perfectly. One of them (the most expensive) I’m convinced is a large cap even though I ordered medium, it’s way to big for my head and I’m going to have to cut it down.

The hair and lace quality etc has always been consistent but I think when they have sales they must send old stock/maybe even returned stock with the hope that people don’t complain.

My wig that fits properly came in an amazing new style box all neatly packaged but my newest most expensive wig came in an old style box with the sticker missing, and the wrong size.

I’ve heard so many stories of people getting blocked on Instagram when they have a problem.

I really want to buy again but I can’t trust that I’ll get one that fits.

Wish I had known n seen this site before purchasing from FREEDOM COURTURE. I WOULD POST -3 RATING IF POSSIBLE.
WIG WAS A DEFINITELY A PREVIOUSLY RETURNED ITEM N WAS SOLD. I BOUGHT IT ON 4 PAYMENT PLAN AD ON FC SITE CALLED SEZZLE. THEY GOT MY FIRST PAYMENT WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER... THANK GOD I DIDN'T PAY IN FULL. SEZZLE HAS NOT HELPED ME AT ALL WITH THIS ISSUE THEY REFER ME TO FC SITE. BUT THEY WANT THE OTHER PAYMENTS. I'M STILL WAITING TO HERE FROM FC CUSTOMER SERVICE REGARDING RETURNING N REFUND FOR THIS REJECT WIG. I'VE SENT THEM PHOTOS AN EMAILS SINCE THE DAY I RECEIVED DELIVERY. REQUESTING A RETURN A MONTH AGO. THE FC CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST IGNOR... WE GOT HER MONEY. MAYBE SHE'LL GO AWAY. YET I GET SALE EMAILS FROM FC ALL THE TIME. ALSO..SEZZLE IS NO SUPPORT AT ALL. I FILED A CASE N NO HELP. Got email they closed my case?
PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED...

I received my King Kylie wig about a month ago. Purchasing a Freedom Couture piece was something I anticipated for a very long time and to be honest, it's a bit disappointing.

The hair quality, lace, knots, and everything are very nice quality and made very well; the part is very realistic, even with hair that is almost black. However, the density is really disappointing, especially considering how thick and luxurious all of their wigs appear in their photos. It's misleading.

My King Kylie will definitely get use, but at this price tag there are other companies who make more impressive pieces for slightly less money.

The wig I purchased from freedom couture was of such poor quality that I had to throw it away. The quality and construction of the wig was significantly flawed; 1) the lace was low grade (which would cause extreme irritation and inflammation of the scalp), 2) hair texture and quality was very poor (actually the hair appeared to not be real and had a greenish tint to it), 3) knots not bleached as advertised. Over $1100.00 down the drain. Disputed the purchase with pay pal but pay pal did not respond to me. Tried to contact freedom couture by email, text and phone calls; they did not respond or return my messages. I would have returned the wig but freedom couture's return policy has so many hoop holes that I would not have received a refund. People should boycott this company.

$1300 wig that was supposed to be 180% density is less than my 130% wig from another manufacturer. The bleached knots look awful and the hairline is embarrassing. I'm so sickened that I spent so much on such crap when it looked so pretty on the site

I felt it necessary to talk on my experience with freedom couture official. I’ve purchased more then once and I have to say with out any doubt that my experience from start to finish has been top class!
When I was making initial enquires the customer service team were so helpful the website was easy to navigate when it came to purchasing. I received my purchase very quickly when I received it, it was beautifully packaged and the hair was the best quality I’ve come across.
I’d highly encourage any one that want to try quality wig company to try freedom couture! THEY ARE AMAZING!!!!

Now i am scared to buy....Thank you TRUSTPILOT! I will think twise! I was looking for all updates in FreedomC. webpage and dreaming of these LUXwigs for a long time, i was working hard and save my money all year to buy ONE one day! I am shocked with the reviews! May be you girls know where i can buy a good wig, any other but good stores?

Freedom Couture has the best wigs hands down I’ve worn the King Kylie unit which lasted way over 1 year and have purchased other units from her this is the best hair I’ve ever had !! It looks and feels like real virgin hair and bounces back after every wash I’ll forever be a customer do not listen to the bad reviews and make sure you order from the actual site I swear u won’t be disappointed

I am going through chemo and have bought 3 wigs from FC. I have only purchased through their authentic website. Tracking comes out of Australia, not China. If yours came from China you were scammed. Because my wigs are authentic I have been a very happy customer and they have lasted well over a year with great hairlines, no complaints and worth the money. Please be careful of where you are purchasing from before dragging this company’s name through the mud.

Sends Chinese knock off fualty wig and black dye comes off it. Blocks on Instagram then still claimed to help but no refund return . A year on and over 800 wasted on soemthing I can't wear. Hair loss is serious Freedom couture is a scam

I always buy my wigs from FC. Literally spent THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS and was ALWAYS impressed. BUT my second last purchase was a let down, and thinking it was a one off, I then purchased another wig this month and oh my god... it was like I had purchased this wig from a dollar store. $2000 US DOLLARS PEOPLE and the hair was so fine and thin and over processed, I literally put it on and it looked like I had a thin pair of extensions in. So if I sound mad it’s because of this next part...so granted that I spent 2K US on this ball of hair I figured “FC is going to make this right and fix this up for me” NOPE! I sent pictures, emailed customer service, called the number, nope nope nope ! The response that I got was basically that I purchased this, they do not do refunds, and they try and depict to the best of their abilities what the wig looks like online. In the end I got ignored, and tried to contact FC on Instagram to which I was blocked faster than a getaway car leaving the scene of a dang crime! I contacted my bank and put in a dispute and had the money returned. But I cannot believe the treatment of this wig company. Also...the smell of the wig wreaked of ammonia. I decided to look up the tracking code as I threw away the package it came in and you best believe it, this 2K USD “luxury” wig was sent from China. Nope nope nope never again.

For many years i loved to spend hours looking at her wigs. For xmas i begged my boyfriend to get me one... finally.. after $2400 i got the one i wanted, my ONLY gift. Which i knew and was cool with until i opened the box. The blonde hair is a mix of yellow and white... the lace is the weirdest color of pale pink.. the hair is dry, friz mess, knots quickly.

The best part is, when we got the confirmation number, it said shipment on way FROM HONG KONG!!! I didnt think anything because i didnt know... but how am I the only person that notices this???

And i noticed a few tiny black hairs. Im going to make a YouTube video because i havnt even cut the lace yet. I felt like a complete a$shole asking my boyfriend for this trash, i couldnt even hide it on my face when i opened it. The worst part is, my boyfriend who knows nothing about anything that has to do with glam or style or how to match a black shirt with jeans.. looks right at me and says... is that how its meant to look? Maybe its the lighting but it looks like old lady hair.... fail. Fml

Whoever is writing a positive review must be by Freedom couture because HER WIGS ARE VERY UGLY AND WIGGY LOOKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They LOOK NOTHING LIKE HER INSTAGRAM PHOTOS!!!!!!!! I paid over 3000K for her wig and when It came in the mail looking like a Halloween wig from a Freddy Krueger movie! I was soooo depressed, I cried because I paid so much and It literally just looked so fake and dry, and just wiggy. When i left a message on her instagram about it and wanting a refund--SHE BLOCKED ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The hair was overly bleached and crusty dry, and when I brushed it, it started completely shedding. COME ON!! I didnt pay over 3000K for a WIG to look like a SCARE-CROW!!!
If you dont believe me, the honest reviews about being scammed by her are REAL. So buy with your own risk and dont come crying that I didnt told you so. DOnt be fooled by her fake instagram filter photos and hired marketing team to make lies about it being so amazing.. She only sends decent ones to her same 3 influencers and make up lies and lies. PLEASE DO URSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS FRAUD CHINESE HALLOWEEN WIGS !!!!!!!!

I’m so sad. I just bought mines two days ago and it came today. I buy wigs a lot, I love them. I have been eyeballing Freedom Couture for a while and I kept seeing influencers on Youtube swear by her wigs. I finally had the money to get one. I knew instantly from the moment I took the wig out the box that it wasn’t worth the money and it’s not what she described or what’s in the photo. It looks and feel like a wig from China, but they bleached the knots. I can’t even suck it up and pretend to wear it because the lace is so badly damaged and the hair at the top is yellow from the bleach that it looks very wiggy on my head. I googled to see if I’m crazy and I found these reviews. The bad reviews are real, if you’re a normal person and not an influencer, you’re going to get a really ugly, cheap wig.

Can’t express how happy and blessed I am with my unit, so In love. I’d recommend freedom Couture to anyone and everyone, the communication and customer service was great, answered all my questions in a timely manner, made me feel part of the Bella family. Thank you sooo much

I have been a customer since 2017. I purchased my first unit the Ice Diamond after seeing it on Lemy beauty and have since purchased 5 more times. My latest purchase was the Monroe unit earlier this month. When it came you could tell the quality of the hair was second to none. It is obvious how much care they take to make each colour and style. Also the packaging was impressive, a silk bag and beautiful box to store it in. What ever product they are using for the fragrance is so nice aswell! I love my Freedom Couture wigs and will only buy from them.

I am really surprised by the other reviews but I know that there is an issue with scamming websites pretending to sell "Freedom Couture" wigs and stealing their videos. Unfortunately people have been scammed and then write a bad review. So ladies make sure to only buy from the real official website.
