Jadie responded promptly to all my queries and was very professional and knowledgable!

2nd time booking with Courtney at Freedom Destinations.

Great knowledge and competitive.

past experience when things went horribly wrong Freedom Destinations saved the day
have used before will use again

I contacted Freedom Destinations as I found them online and they cover worldwide travel. I was interested in booking a Scenic train journey in New Zealand. Kate dealt with my query and had first hand knowledge of the journey. I was struggling to find tickets online but Kate contacted the company in NZ direct and managed to get everything booked at a good price.

I initially contacted freedom destinations about hiring a motor home in the south island of New Zealand. I have been very impressed on the work the staff then did to help me organise the majority of our stay on both islands. Helping us to achieve all our travel plans, and some of our experiences

Just booked the Kenyan Adventure Safari. Very professional company and they have been very helpful and provided lots of information to enable me to book the right trip for me. Really great valley trips to and small groups with no more than 6 people in a vehicle.

James was amazing booking my dream holiday, great price couldn’t have asked for more.

Listening to our wishes and creating the best itinerary

Very helpful and patient staff member Nicola guided us through a complicated booking process

Very helpfull

Very helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble and found us just the experience we were looking for.

James was very helpful in getting together the package I wanted.

Really good comms, and everything explained really clearly. Great service. Thank you!

Efficient, friendly service from an experienced member of staff who had all the relevant knowledge needed to advise and help plan our trip. Made the whole process very easy. Thank you Charlie.

Vicky was great talking us through our holiday, what we wanted out of it and what we wanted to see and do. We had spent so long trying to research and organise the trip ourselves and not getting very far! Vicky had our itinerary all sorted within a day or two and we didn’t really need to change anything, it just took the pressure off of us and am very grateful for her knowledge and recommendations of the trip we wanted

Booking the holiday was a good experience as found James very helpful, friendly and professional and he was able to make sure the hotels and itenary was what we wanted including different states we are visiting. Looking forward to going next spring.

Caroline made the whole booking process so easy. Her knowledge, advice and enthusiasm helped us put together our dream holiday itinerary. All communication has been prompt and efficient.
