What a brilliant company. I am so happy to have found a travel agent who listens carefully and then goes above and beyond to pull together a comprehensive package. I have booked a family holiday for 9 people to Kenya, to include a safari, a train journey and time at the beach. Maritha, their Africa specialist, has worked tirelessly to accommodate all the requirements for 9 people of varying ages. I cannot thank her enough, nothing has been too much trouble. I have every confidence that our trip next will meet all our expectations.

I was skeptical about going through a company to book my trip thinking the price would be horrendous, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was better value than booking myself and yet still high quality accommodation.

The whole experience was so easy. We did an initial 20 minute call to describe the destination and type of holiday. Within a day or so, we had a price and itinerary.
We then changed our mind about hiring an r.v and asked for a costing to consider a self-drive; this was no issue to do and completed within 24 hours.
The whole holiday was sorted within a week. It was quite amazing.
I couldn't have organised it myself (I had thought I could!).
Going through Freedom Destinations took away all the stress and hours of looking and booking accommodation.

We had 2 advisors, Sara and Nancy, who were just lovely, helpful and always cheerful. We could phone or email easily with quick responses.

I can't recommend the company more.
I will definitely book another holiday with them!
I cannot speak more highly of the company and service we've received.

Our consultant Vicki has been fantastic. I had to change plans due to a family wedding but Vicki handled it smoothly for us and great attention to detail.

Booked a 2 week self drive in Namibia. Had a great time. FD were very responsive re the itinerary and when in Namibia we felt the support was there if needed. It wasn’t. Everything went very smoothly and we had a great time. Thanks to Ingrid for arranging everything. This was our first trip with FD. It won’t be our last.

Attention to detail, listening to what we wanted and building an itinerary to suit. Lots of useful tips. Alice was great!

This company is a disgrace! We recently came back from a safari trip to Kenya (Nairobi,masai mara and mombassa) with no end of issues during the trip and being basically left there on your own to sort out the issues whilst in Kenya with no support.On our homecoming we decided to make a complaint to said company. They have basically come back with a completely different story of what occurred.
All i can say is by all means have freedom destinations arrange your holiday however if things go wrong whilst you're abroad ie the hotel doesn't have your booking or your flights change don't expect freedom destinations to assist as this will not happen

Came up with exactly what I wanted. Flexible when I wanted changes.

Friendly and knowledgeable. We are yet to take the trip to Asia, but Jazzmin is doing a great job.
