Customer service makes up for occasional system failure

Sometimes you do you end up not getting the rebate even after you followed all the rules, so you have to keep a close eye on your expected savings. That being said, their customer service is better than most other companies out there so when that happens, you reach out and they corrected immediately. I’ve been using them for years and wish they hadn’t raised their prices so much, but if you’re an avid online shopper, it’s well worth it.

Membership a Valuable Asset for Online Shoppers…

Shipping costs for online orders constantly increase, sometimes costing almost as much, if not more, than the amount of a smaller item being ordered. Having possibility of submitting claims for up to a $10.00 rebate per order can certainly go a long way toward mitigating expenses. Same goes for the 10% Cashback feature, if available through the vendor. Anyone who does a fair amount of online shopping will find a subscription well worth the monthly fee. (Just follow guidelines when purchasing and when submitting rebates.)

I have saved $1,000 per year

I have used freeshipping.com for several years and have saved the maximum amount ($1,000) every year. If you shop online at major retailers very often, it’s easy to save that much! I save a lot by buying online and picking up the order at the store. Those are usually purchases I would be making anyway, but going in and shopping for myself. So it also saves me money and time and reduces impulse buying because I don’t pick up extra items in the store that I wouldn’t normally purchase.
It’s easy to get your money too. Just go to their website, then choose the retailer and purchase what you want. That’s all you do to get the 10% cash back. If you have to pay for shipping, you just file a shipping claim online, which only takes 5 minutes.
I feel like I’m leaving money on the table if I don’t use freeshipping.com for my online purchases because it’s so easy!!

I never get my 10% credited to me when I go through the freeshipping.com site first. I always have to go back and request where is my 10%. Why don’t they add attach your receipt like they do on the shipping credits. It would make it easier on the consumer and the company.

The service is not bad or good

The service is not bad or good. Reality is I don’t know how or where to use it. I’m fine without it. I do pay attention to shipping fees (who charges for them and how much) and choose companies to order from accordingly. So I’d rather not have the confusion of another online membership to deal with.
