This company signed up miy wife without her knowledge.
We have been billed for 12 months before we discovered this ruse. They offered me 4 months refund after I called them. NIce, but still a scam.

Too many missing orders

Too many of my orders do not appear under My Savings. As a result, I have to process missing order requests. This process itself is simple, however there is very limited follow up and it takes a time to track everything to get your money.

This is an incredible way to save and to get money back at the same time. The only downside is that you must remember to shop through their website and not directly with the retailer. The only other negative is that, with the rising costs, I wish they would cover more than $10 for the postage as some places do charge more than $9.99 nowadays. But even with these, I always end up making a lot of money back at the end of the year.

I should be able to cancel FreeShipping…

I should be able to cancel FreeShipping but it won't let me. I didn't want this but the only way I could finish my purchase was to accept this offer. It said I can cancel so I followed the directions and it won't let me cancel!!!! Now it told me to go to my account and it won't let me in my account. This is ridiculous!!!!! The charge for free shipping and the monthly payment better be gone!!!!!!!

Customer service makes up for occasional system failure

Sometimes you do you end up not getting the rebate even after you followed all the rules, so you have to keep a close eye on your expected savings. That being said, their customer service is better than most other companies out there so when that happens, you reach out and they corrected immediately. I’ve been using them for years and wish they hadn’t raised their prices so much, but if you’re an avid online shopper, it’s well worth it.
