Watch your cards because they never ask for money if they do them start over bc that's my only complaint they keep trying to take money out of my account!! But they have paid me my checks for my rebates on shipping ....but they have tried multiple times to charge my card 19 here 10 here just not normal.

Cash back slow timing

The reason I gave 4 stars is the fact that I have to separately claim for the offered cash back deal, rather than it being automatic. This happens almost every time I place an order with a cash back offer. No matter the vendor. Then I have to wait several weeks to see the claim in my account.
The shipping rebate works just fine.

You tricked me into signing up for something I didn't want. And it better be a time thing and not automatically renewed. I don't want it and still don't. Called the number they gave me and got my account cancelled. Still cost me $20 but chalk it up to a learning experience

15 year member - love it!

We have been members of FreeShipping.com for over 15 years now. Every year the company gets better and better. We always save WAY more money using them than we pay for membership. We love the new ways to submit rebate claims by uploading screenshots of purchases alongside the old way of emailing the order confirmation. The rebates, cashback and return shipping claims always go seamlessly and if there is any hiccup, customer service is great and always works it out. I recommend this company to everyone wanting to avoid paying shipping fees and also make extra money via the cashback offers.
