I have been a customer of FreeShipping.com for years. The problem I consistently run into is their means of resolution of issues.
I recently made a purchase via Sam's Club, as I always do, and normally my cash back is automatically updated to my account. My Sam's purchase on
2-26-26 did not automatically update and I contacted FS about this issue and they would not update this cash back. The items I ordered were normally, often, ordered items and no issue in the past with my cash back. Those I reached out to refused to update the cash back and sent me a generic statement about groceries being order and I told them this ordered consisted of more than a few items considered groceries.
I concluded it is not about what is right, but keeping from paying out on an order that should receive cash back. Now, I'm afraid to order from Sam's anymore, because this could happen again.
So the 2 stars is how I feel about FS right now.

What a SCAM!!! Free shipping that charges 19.99 but does not tell you until after you sign up. Just don’t do it it’s a total scam The response from 'FREE SHIPPING" is funny, no we are not a scam, free shipping but costs you 19.99 a month, that is NOT FREE SHIPPING!

This company or Site is Fraudulent.l! Be aware. They have been charging my debit card since 2021 for 19 bucks a month and yes I should have caught on in this earlier, maybe, but life is as is super busy as is, especially being a full time, wife mom and employee for me to check my debit account weekly or monthly, also this was during covid. This was all unknowingly to me.
This is what they told me when I caught onto them, they said that back in 2021 I hit accept at the register at JC Penny for a rebate if 10 bucks when i made a purchase. Ummm. 1stly why would I accept a 10 dollar rebate and get charged 19 dollars monthly for something service I dont need??? They further went on to say that 3 emails was sent to me from which when I opened it it verified that it was OK to charge my card for that service monthly.
Thats is some sneaky $h!t!
Secondly, I never got any email and let's say it was a sneaky move they made, Umm since 2021 i have had 2 new debit cards, HOW DID THEY GET MY NEW SECURITY CODE AND EXP DATE??? TWICE!
Every other legit companies would have sent me an email or a bill saying I need to update or owe due to an expired card on the account but obviously they were still charging my debit account all the way up until March of 2026 with my cards being changed twice already. Then they're going to tell me that they're going to go ahead and refund me four months money. I'm like 4 months or you mean 4 to 5 years.I then got hung uo on twice by supervisors.
I did tell them at that point I am going to report them for fraud, report them to my bank for fraud, make a case at the police station against them and also get a lawyer and sue them for much more.
And I did all of the above.
They did refund me at the time 4 months of miney and said that they have canceled the subscription.
I had my bank opened up a fraud case and the police department did also and I emailed them and told them this.
2 Days Later money was refunded to my account, not all of it but more than half of it.
ow tell me if this isn't fraudulent how come they hurry up and refund it my account going back over 3 years or more?
I guess the reason I'm doing this it's just a make awareness and to help other people from being scammed by these people !!! Can't imagine how many other people out there have scammed into paying for services they never approved.

This is a scam! They concealed information about subscriptions by using deceptive tactics, such as adding subscription details in places where you rarely read. I accidentally discovered that I had been charged $25 after using their website!
