Freewalet Avis 

Problem: My recent attempts to transfer funds from Freewallet to my Binance wallet have been repeatedly rejected. Additionally, my Freewallet account has been suspended without clear justification.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, I have not received any response from your team, and my account remains suspended.
No complaint ticket number is even provided when sending to support team to be able to follow up and no response for weeks now. My funds are being charged for inactive account.

i've been denied access to my account. when ever i use the "forget password' button to get a reset code, all i get is "login with unknown" email , whatever that means.

I had a small about of crypto left in freewallet and left it for a few years to see what happened. I logged in today to find it has all been taken by the owner of freewallet as an "inactivity fee" - essentially, this is blatant THEFT disguised as a "fee"... A feeling for what? What costs exactly do they have fur me not logging in?

Like I said, it wasn't a lot of money, but they stole it. AVOID AVOID AVOID - SCAMMERS

They are crypto thieves, they have been hacked and are not secure. Do not put money into these con artists hands.

read what the others have said, they already stole 1k from my Wallet and 5k are still Frozen.

DO not use this app. And if you have the misfortune of putting your crypto here do not try to buy gift cards with it, as I tried to buy $125 for Amazon and got absolutely nothing but "did you check your spam folder for the email" and then got ghosted not even having the guts to tell me they were ripping me off.
EDIT: did get contacted by the "support manager" who just asked for some information including a transaction ID that I was never given, so I'm sure their support is farmed out to some half assed internet company that doesnt even know the systems they're doing support for. Oh and after providing relevant screenshots I have once again been ghosted

This site is a SCAM
They start steeling your money without warning and just write inactivity.
Price to get the coins out of there is more than 100$
They don't answer to complains or tickets

Freewallet.org charges a $50/month inactivity fee, which feels like theft. They pickpocket your wallet until it's drained. This is misleading and unfair. Avoid at all costs!

Never use freewallet. They fooled me for 2 months to give back my account. While I was blocked by them, they stole more than $200 btc from my account saying it’s “inactivity fee”. What kind of rule is that? If you’re inactive on the app they charge you for that without any warning.
Withdrawal fee is ridiculous! Don’t waste your money and time with these scammers, I hope one day they all end up in jail :)

Very many people of the world lost money!

I got an account for years but didn't use it except once in 2021. Then recently I just wanted to exchange some coins (DOG to ETH). While doing that account was blocked for no reason. They asked me for ID Card, so I sent it. They asked me for a selfie with my ID Card, so I sent it. Then, they asked for bank information ??? So I asked why ? Since that, my account is blocked, I still do know why, my assets are frozen (more than 10k€ !) and I can't access them nor do anything. They keep them and it's no mine anymore. I filed a dispute at EU dispute desk and at BANI. DONT USE. SCAM. (and a known one, as far as I can read on reddit and others, I should have known better)

Stay away from freewallet.org! Due to a technical error on my their side (confirmation email was not sent), my account was blocked. I've been trying to get access again for more than a month now... new requests for documents keep coming... the last one was that they wanted a video of my e-banking showing me downloading a document *lol*.
