What made my experience great first and foremost was Mary Galindo she was very patience a knowledgeable and explain things to me that made sense and after I met the team these guys have been wonderful I'm very impressed and pleased as well I couldn't have pick any better than freight Genie I am now getting live loads from shippers to work on .it's all much more than I signed up for thanks guys freight Genie.

Of course, us logistics professionals have to make sure that we try and close the shippers by giving them great service, rates and a good deal of charisma of course, but as far as Freight Genie’s promise goes, they make sure to deliver.”

Highly Recommend
Freight Genie has been producing shipper appointments for us every month, keeping us busier than we already are! Most people in logistics would know that you can have random fires you have to put out each day, and when Freight Genie is booking appointments for you, you might find yourself asking to reschedule, but that comes with a risk of losing that shipper- and I really wanted to highlight the fact that Freight Genie is going above and beyond and even taking those meetings for us sometimes, and securing a next step with the shippers which is a great deal!
We also had Freight Genie develop our website, and with little to no involvement and direction to them for the website, they knew exactly what to cook up for our company, and I would rate it an 11/10 if I could. Highly recommended!

Is SPAM a viable lead generation tactic?
These people reached out to our business via email, even though they did not have permission for electronic messaging. They wanted to pitch freight brokerage leads, even though we're not in that industry!
Lo & behold, through Trust Pilot I learn, they have a crappy product & disreputable business practices.
You know right off, how bad a company is, if they SPAM people for new business. I'm so happy this platform exists. Thank you Trust Pilot.

Leads are not verified as they claim
Leads are not verified as they claim. I made complaints and all they do is just send more leads that are of little use. Canceled service twice. They keep charging my card anyway. They stop for a month then start up again. Response: Yes I was and I accepted a 30 day program. Which you automaticly renewed the next month. We spoke and said it would be canceled the following month. It happened again. We had another call and we ent thru it again. Frustrating and seems unethical practice and a bait and switch.

We feel sorry for the experience you had David. We have a 10 step criteria on our lead vetting process. Our lead generation team calls and verifies each and every shipper lead we give out to you and to all our customers.
With that said, you still have to talk to them and close them and your sales skills comes into play here which is also vital. The leads no matter how vetted or verified they are, there is still work cut up for you to be able to close them yourself. We can replace leads on what you considered as "bad" and you just have to tell us that and we will replace it with no questions asked.
With regards to the cancellation, you have been made aware of the terms and conditions we have set when you signed up for the subscription and agreed upon.
Again we are sorry it did not worked out your way.
