According to our order records, "Steve" was the name entered in the personalization field when the order was placed. We print exactly what our customers specify to ensure we fulfill their requests accurately.
We completely understand this was an honest mistake during ordering. For future orders, we recommend double-checking all personalization details (spelling, capitalization, etc.) before completing your purchase, as custom items are made specifically to order and cannot be modified once production begins.

After the first order was mixed up but…

After the first order was mixed up but graciously made good, I have ordered several shirts from you and I also have made requests that was specifically for as special people and the help person was able create and give me sample pictures of the request. And I have received them all, thinking of having an Australian flag on an upcoming order.

Nobody is perfect. Mistakes happen. Owning them and making them right matters. That was what happened for me. A big mistake happened!! But Frenzidea accepted responsibility and made it right! Ordered a few more times since then. Always perfect!!

My order was placed on Oct

My order was placed on Oct. 8th as of today Nov. 4th I have still not received. Furthermore the tracking app for the order has not updated in over a week.

Ordered two shirts and one came wrong

Ordered two shirts and one came wrong. They sent me a replacement but not as good as quality. Two original shirts were great quality but the replacement wasn’t. Why it needed replaced was they put a dart board logo on my pool shirt. Be careful and I hope this doesn’t happen to you.
