I am STILL blown away by the support that Freshlearn technical staff provides to clients like me. It is out of this world good!
Ad to that an easy to use interface and integrations with various systems, and what we have here is the perfect LMS for instructors

Raghu was tremendous in helping to explain the additional features when I upgraded to Plus. He was proactive in scheduling some time on my calendar and was well prepared for our meeting. We took a gamble choosing FreshLearn over more well known options, but we can honestly say it paid off! From the very first sales call to purchasing the platform, we haven’t looked back.

As complete newcomers to this, we struggled in some areas, but FreshLearn’s customer support has been second to none. Their live chat is hands down the most responsive we’ve ever experienced, quick, helpful, and always there when we need them.

What we really liked was the option to try it out for free, no catch, before discussing it with a rep. That gave us the confidence to move forward, knowing exactly what we were getting.

The software already works great for our needs, but it seems like it will only get better as new features are regularly added. If you’re on the fence about FreshLearn, don’t be. It’s been an amazing choice for us.

I really like this LMS. Coming from the more "known" systems, I'm really pleased with FreshLearn and the overall experience. I've never regretted switching to it.
It handles all my requirements and is easy to use. Never had one complaint of a customer that something is not working properly.

Not forget to mention: the support is really good. They go the extra mile to come to a solution.

From my perspective, this has been the easiest site creation process I’ve ever tried. The templates look modern, plus I got to attach my own domain in minutes. I appreciate how quickly I can upload video lessons and set up quizzes. It’s basically an all-in-one tool for e-learning, coaching, and even selling extra resources.

Sure, I’d like a bit more design freedom, but overall, I’m impressed. Totally worth a shot!

Great experience. Staff has been extremely helpful and quick to respond on any inquiry I have had. Although missing some of the features I would like, the Freshlearn team is constantly updating and adding new innovative features. Additionally, the cost for the top tier No-brainer+ subscription is less than I was paying a much more basic subscription on a competitor's site. The site is easy to use and the AI supports makes developing pages a breeze.

Very easy to work with and very helpful!!! Got what I needed done in 5 minutes.
