I have had the best experiences with Fresh Sends! I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet and another bouquet for my best friend, and both were absolutely beautiful! The customer service is also extremely kind and helpful! I highly recommend

Flowers were dying upon arrival. For the price a vase could be included. If my children ever pay that much for flowers and it’s not three dozen of roses, I’m taking them out my will!!!!

Ordered birthday flowers that were supposed to arrive Thursday, April 30, but they were never successfully delivered despite delivery instructions and building access information being provided. After multiple failed attempts, I learned the shipment was marked weekday-only delivery, meaning the next attempt would not have been until Monday. I ultimately had to reroute the package to a FedEx pickup location so my friend could retrieve her own birthday flowers herself. Extremely disappointing experience for a premium gifting service.

For 133 dollars the flowers were meh. I wouldn’t recommend.

Amazing customer service!! There was a mixup with the delivery date and customer service got back to me on the same day and had my products delivered the very next day! I always recommend and my go-to for flower delivery!

Lily was THE BEST customer service person ever. I won a bouquet in the “Give Them Their Flowers” competition and the first batch came and sat out in the grass because FedEx never notified me about them.
I called but they respond to emails, Lily was amazing. She shipped a replacement and FedEx dropped the ball again, mishandled and damaged. Third time was a charm! BEAUTIFUL flowers, received a text that they were coming and was in tears as I opened an AMAZING and beautiful bouquet of roses and some others with greens.
I’m so proud and happy. My car now has a “fresh sends” sticker on the bumper.

Beautiful arrangement, however, the "specialty" bouquets are overpriced, especially with an additional $25 for shipping. Pretty, but likely won't order again.

I was in military training away from home but fresh sends helped exponentially. I sent a friend a bouquet and we were both so surprised and happy with all aspects. From the packaging, stem quality to the attention to detail and care in the card note provided, everything was handled proficiently. Hope to be ordering again soon!

Crushed, brown, and limp. Over priced for the lack of quality. Overnighted flowers do not come in that state unless hey looked like that prior to shipping. My kids were ripped off. They could have gone to any other place a purchased fresher flowers.

Very beautiful packaging. The flowers not so much. The first set was for a birthday gift and they arrived and only a few of the buds had bloomed. I had to go out and spend more money on another companies flowers because it was embarrassing to give that to someone. I kept them for myself and waited for them to bloom. They never did until the few that did died. I asked asked for my money back and they said they had a 72 hour return policy, which is interesting since it took longer than that to see if they would bloom. Instead they sent replacement flowers which was not what I wanted and a little too late for the reason I bought them. The replacement flowers were not the same level I had purchased and showed up already wilting and almost dead. Won’t use their company again. You can get much cheaper and prettier flowers just about anywhere else and with a vase.

My question was answered quickly. That was really helpful.

I made an order, my first, and right after I realized I actually was not gonna be available for the delivery date so I emailed them to ask if I could move the date and their customer support responded quickly they were so helpful, kind and understanding . They helped me change the delivery date and I can’t wait to receive them !

My friend absolutely adored her flowers. The customer service was impeccable as I was having some technical difficulties/ error messages when ordering. I love this idea and I would 10/10 recommend to anyone. Perfect for any event or moment.
