Fresh Sends Avis 

It was supposed to arrive one day but it arrived 2 days later and the flowers wasn’t look fresh anymore, so disappointed I had to pay $75 for this garbage

I was so excited about these flowers but the person I sent them to never received them. They were supposed to arrive by noon on Thursday but because of shipping delays they didn’t arrive until Friday. No one had to sign for them so I’m not sure where the delivery person left them but unfortunately they never were received ): They’ve been in the box a long time too and will probably not be as vibrant as expected if the package is ever found

I’ve ordered these for all occasions! They have the most beautiful arrangements and I love the branding of this company! I will only use this service from now on.

The flowers were delivered and looked absolutely beautiful and fresh. The recipient was so happy and the card included was perfect. I will always order my flowers from Fresh Sends. 1800Flowers always screws my orders up!! Nice work and THANK YOU for making our day amazing!!

The expected delivery was supposed to be Thursday, July 8 and they have yet to be delivered. To charge $25 for shipping and not get there in the time that is promised is not right. They have still not arrived and the longer it takes, the more wilted the flowers will get.

I was sending flowers to my boyfriends mom that I just met and it helped me to leave a good impression. The flowers were fresh and beautiful and I love the aspect of them sending a hand written note!

This order was delivered the day after I ordered it & the recipient said they were beautiful and smelled great! Definitely will be sending more in the future.

When I first received a Bouquet from Fresh Sends as a gift - it was absolutely GORGEOUS!! I decided to treat myself to a subscription and unfortunately I was underwhelmed.

This was my first time using this service, but it was on my granddaughter's birthday wish list. When ordering I made a careless error, and the help I received along with the ease with which the problem was handled were excellent. She just sent me a picture of the flowers, they are lovely; and she is thrilled - so a win/win for all...thank you again most sincerely for making it so easy to deal with and so helpful in correcting my error.

My girlfriend had received the flowers but on had already rotten when she took them out to put them in a vase. I had also sent your instagram a dm about it and showed pictures.

So easy to send my mom flowers. She has sent me photos all along the process. She even 6 days later sent me photos thanking me for the b-day flowers and is amazed how beautiful and fresh they still look. Thanks Fresh Sends for making my mom's out of state b-day special.

When I received my package the box was crushed. The flowers inside had been crushed as well. This is unacceptable when you pay 25$ for shipping. Do better.

Love the concept but they are already two days late and still haven’t arrived :(

I never leave reviews but I truly love Fresh Sends so much! I’ve sent it to people a few times and have also been on the receiving end of the flowers and they are so beautiful every single time!

Fedex messed up the delivery but Freshsend support was more than willing to accommodate and help me out.
