Much more user friendly than other insurance companies. I didn't feel like the questions were worded and set up to trick and confuse me! a bit faffy uploading photos but obviously this is for security and probably why the premium is lower

Live Chat - very poor substitute for telephone
I have just renewed my policy. I found the only service generally worked for me until I had to engage with someone via the on line"live chat". It took 45 minutes of exchangeing written messages to resolve my issues. Which could have been resolved with a 5 to 10 minute phone call. Frustrating! Got a competitive renewal quote so decided to stick with them.
