Renewal quote received for house insurance was less that last year and less than any found on comparison site searches. Renewal was quick and easy. Would recommend.

Good cover and good price but complicated process to accept quote
Good cover and good price for insurance but very confused when it came to logging into an account I did not have. It needs to be explained that need to do a forgotten password even though you have never had a password. Then when I checked details I was timed out and had to set up new password

Easy renewal
There were no changes to make since last year and the premium remains the same. The renewal process was almost too easy.

I found it all very confusing
I found it all very confusing. I was trying to change some details and I kept going round in circles to get to the finalisation. 2 days. I would rather deal with a person rather than AI generated information. There was no way to ask questions or add other information. Very frustrating.

Although we are an online provider and do not operate a call centre, our customer service agents are real people and are available via Live Chat and email. We can see that one of our agents provided instructions by email to help you make the required policy change, which was successfully completed.
