Used/tried frames, not happy!

Ordered 2 sets of frames, one set for my current blades that are slightly to big (to use with the new bigger frames) and one set for my future custom blades i will be purchasing from them at the end of the year (to be using with my new smaller frames).
Smaller frames box had been opened, frames were not shrink wrapped, in some dirty bubble wrap and bolt marks have been left on the underside of them where they have been attached to a set of blades!
I payed for new ones, not used/tried on ones and to add insult to this, i had to pay customs fees for the said used/tried on ones, that is not what i call a good experience from a great company.
I would like some new ones with that customs fee paid for by you and a returns label for these used/tried on ones i certainly didnt purchase, as i purchased brand new frames not seconds!!!!!
