The platform's concept is nice, but when we attempted to make contact using the 'clunky' CRM the contacts either were non existant or in (two cases) were not aware their information was being shared on Funding stacks profile. We used this platform for 4 months, met with the CEO and was disappointed at the customer service and lack of follow up. Ironically when we requested information about their 'vault' services upgrade we were contacted immediately, and approached to upgrade - this led to giving them candid feedback which they sent 2-3 emails and then fizzled off. The value proposition of $250 per month for RIA/Investor and financial data is attractive, but the lack of quality, non intuitive navigation of the "Funding Stack CRM" combined with restrictions of exporting contacts into a more functional CRM really make this platform difficult to actually see a benefit to the user.

Rick was able to get me a much higher credit limit of $50,000 since my own bank was only able to give me $10,000. I am glad I found him and was able to help me and it was a very fast approval also
