Organising a direct cremation

Shocking Service!
After losing my son in January I entrusted the Farnborough branch as my family had been using them for the past 40+ years. What a mistake this was! So many errors made by Kerrie the worst being I was unable to say a final goodbye to my boy!
The lack of communication and efficiency caused such added heart break and turmoil.
Please don't let this happen to your loved ones....

Funeral Service
From appointing the Southern Co-op to the day of the funeral, they showed exceptional professionalism. They helped and advised us to create a unique and personal service for our son without pressuring us into doing anything we didn't want. Throughout the whole process, the level of communication, co-ordination with local and international bodies and information provided was excellent. The team showed empathy, compassion and a level of care both for our son and ourselves which was second to none. They were able to meet our every need and delivered a service which we couldn't fault. From the office team, right through to the Commander and her whole team on the day, were excellent. We are very grateful for a job well done.
