Our colleagues are professionally trained to the highest standards. They understand the needs and feelings of the bereaved and the importance of spending time helping families to plan a funeral that truly reflects the life of an individual. In order for us to maintain the highest level of quality care and to continue improving our services, we have created five commitments that we will follow rigorously and strive to live up to ... #1. We’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you’ll always have someone to talk to. #2. Every step of the way, we’ll explain all the options available to you. We’ll give you all the time you need to feel confident about making the right choices for you. Together we can create a completely unique and personalised service – the way you want it to be. #3. We will listen carefully to what you and your family want and offer a complete choice and flexibility in your arrangements. #4. Throughout, we’ll keep you fully informed of exactly what you can expect from us. All our documentation will be written in plain language and our estimate will outline charges in a fair and straightforward way. #5. We know our service can only be as good as the people who look after you and your family. That is why we continually invest in our people to provide a professional, respectful service. We ensure that our people have access to regular and ongoing training and accredited professional qualifications and we only recruit people who can demonstrate the behaviours required in our business.

You’re in good hands here

We called into the branch to find out about funeral plans and were immediately made to feel welcome by Debbie, who even offered us a cup of tea. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel under any pressure.

Debbie was friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout, making the whole process simple and reassuring. We would happily recommend her to anyone considering a funeral plan.

Excellent from start to finish. 10/10.

Excellent from start to finish. Michelle took care of us at the Daventry office and explained everything to us at a clear and steady pace. We never felt rushed at any point. I never realised that there was so much to be done before the funeral can go ahead but everything fell into place before the big day. Jordan and his team handled everything very professionally and allowed me to be one of the coffin bearers which was a huge privilege for me and something I will never forget. Thank you so much to everyone at H of E Co-op, Daventry.

Just excellent

The team at the Co op made an extremely stressful and upsetting time completely manageable - they took all the stress out of organising everything for the funeral. Special mention to Sam she really is a credit to the company - my husbands funeral went exactly according to plan and he was treated with dignity throughout the whole process. Thank you from the whole family xx

Regarding Pamela's Funeral

Regarding Pamela's Funeral.
Emma led us through the journey but due to a personal commitment, Jordan led the courage in to the church and then the burial. Through the whole journey we all felt part of their family and cared for, at a stressful time. Even though the funeral day was the hottest day of the year, at all times the whole team were very professional and respectful. It has been a pleasure to work with lovely people who did us proud. I recommend them to anyone. Thank you to all that were involved.

It was all very personalised and friendly

It was all very personalised they listened to what we needed and advised. The service could not of gone any better.. from the planing to the service everyone was friendly considerate and helpful. Even though I didn't what to expect or how to do the funeral the staff helped me through every step of the way.. they have my many thanks.

we live 3 hours away so found it…

we live 3 hours away so found it difficult to get to get to Rugby for meetings.
Jordan from Heart of England Co-Op Funerals made so easy for us to deal with everything over the phone and E-Mails.
He was very professional and did all the arrangements with the celebrate and the crematorium including sorting flowers for us.
Thank you Jordan for making it so easy.

Empathy and support to plan Dads funeral

I have used bedworth services a few times over the last 10 years, most recently for my Dads funeral. During a difficult time, I felt listened to, respected and my grief was acknowledged. Nothing was too big or too small for the staff. The funeral ran smoothly and my Dad was given the send off we wanted for him.

Supportive Team Who Made Everything Easier

Jessica, our funeral advisor at the Ansty Road office, was kind, patient, and guided us at a pace that felt comfortable and caring. Starting from a position where we were unsure what we wanted for the funeral, she helped us create a beautiful service that we will always remember.
Paula, the funeral director, and her team were also excellent. They ensured that everything ran smoothly on the day, which gave us a great peace of mind.

Jordan was delightful and kind. He made everything
easy yo follow.Mervyn was a great treat as he had a lovely voice and steered us beautifully through the
hymns.
The only complaint is that we could not hear the
Ave Verum at the beginning very well.

Heart of England Co-op Funeral Plan.

A great straightforward experience when doing my funeral plan with Heart of England Co-op in Hinckley. My advisor Jo was caring, sympathetic and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I like how the plans are protected from price increases and my family won't have anything to pay other than Order of Service Cards when I pass away.

Caring and professional from my phone…

Caring and professional from my phone call just after my mum passed away to dropping the family to the wake.
We couldn't of been treated any better and felt compassion and understanding all the way through our heartbreaking journey.
The staff at the funeral shop to the ones who took mum to her final resting place were exceptional.
They kept us informed every step of the way.
