We had great customer service from the start. Everything was explained clearly and our questions answered.
Nothing was too much trouble for our patient and compassionate adviser at the branch.

A great team to help through difficult times.
It's always a shock when a loved one dies, and thank goodness Mum had a Co-Op plan in place. Not only did it help with the costs, we were lucky to have an excellent team help us through a difficult time. John has provided fantastic support and helped us with deciding on venues, celebrants, routes, orders of service, getting Mum ready etc. I don't think we could have done it without him and the rest of the team operating behind closed doors.

Prompt & great service
We had initial delay in contacting by phone. Hayling island is a smaller office. However, once engaged Debbie was absolutely excellent. It was helpful for a prompt arrangement which Debbie stepped up and arranged- also putting us in touch with Rev Jim, who was nothing less than wonderful. Thank you to Co-Op, Debbie and Rev Jim.
