Libby was friendly and approachable. She explained all of my options and the pricing clearly and took time to answer my questions. She was also lovely when I explained I was feeling a little overwhelmed by the decisions I’d been asked to make that day and gave me time to sit and read through all of the information and did not push me into any immediate choice

Have been dealing with George to book my level 3 survey. He couldn’t be of been more helpful. Any questions I had he answered and replied to any of my queries within an hour.

Great Customer Service
I spoke to George regarding arranging the surveyors report. George explained the options available very well without being pushy and once I had decided on the option I required, I very quickly received confirmation of the survey day. Great Service having everything explained expertly and able to answer any questions I had.

I haven’t received my survey results yet but George has been brilliant in helping me arrange the survey so far. Not pressure tactics like most companies and was patient enough to wait until we had our mortgage offer approved before booking in.

Sophia had really fast replies and was very informative throughout

The whole process was really straightforward and the team were easy to reach over the phone when I had to clarify/update some things to do with the survey. We got our level 3 survey back really quickly and Rob our surveyor was really helpful over the phone and happy to answer any questions, however big or small, and explain everything really clearly which was reassuring as FTBs.
