Poor distribution and delivery
On the website say if Ordered before the 17th then will arrive before Christmas. I ordered 13 days before Christmas and guess what, didn't receive my order. Credit to the customer service team who has given me a full refund.

Never received items and had no refund
I never received my order and had no way of contacting you to find out why. IV paid for items that i never received and got no refund! Really gutted because this was cocktail mixes I couldn't get at the shop and now can't make the cocktails I wanted for Christmas day. 😔

Do not recommend!!
Ordered before the delivery cut off point for Christmas. Still haven’t received the order - was told it would be delivered by the 19th and according to the delivery company they haven’t even been given my items. Absolutely appalling company and I’m not the only one - no contact number and emails not responded to either. Going to have to do a chargeback and get my money back

No Delivery or Communication
Ordered some mixers and have had nothing to let me know they are being delivered. Order states unfulfilled on the website. Amusingly have received an email after i ordered to telling me to order now to guarantee delivery before Christmas
