Fun Place Avis 

Ordered on Sunday, delivered Wed. Didn’t have one of the costumes I ordered but a staff member rang me and was able to send me a photo of an alternative which worked perfectly. Everything else was perfect. I used to go to this place as a kid so delighted to see it’s still going! 👻😈🤡

Excellent quality products. Everything we ordered was in stock and delived in 2 or 3 days I couldn't believe how fast everything arrived and all the bits were exactly as photographed.

Great shop. We had to buy online this year and had to return one order. All delivered, returned and re-delivered within two weeks! Thank you.

Products great. I ordered too many by accident and was refunded no problem within a few days.

I ordered a mask online, did not only receive an email confirmation but the mask itself. The money of course, was extracted from my bank account.

Great customer service. A mistake was made with delivery charge but was quickly rectified and refunded. Delivery took a little longer than expected but I think that's to be expected during the busy Christmas period. Would buy from this website again.

Super efficient got my outfit sorted within 12 hours.

I still have not received my order, when ordering the website said 48 hours by An Post or courier, I rang the shop and the assistant was so rude said he was too busy to deal with me and eventually told me there was no record of my order! Then I sent an email and was informed that the order had been sent, I sent a number of emails after looking for the courier details so I could contact them but they didn’t bother to reply, I needed the order for yesterday and I have to say the people I dealt with were just no help at all. Still waiting on the order now so I can return it, where I presume that I will be fully reimbursed inclusive of my delivery charge.

Thanks for your reply to my review, it’s just a pity I didn’t get a reply to Friday evenings email or to today’s. I totally understand Frank that you weren’t working the bank holiday weekend, however my emails were sent before close of business on Friday and another one again today, i find it odd that you can answer a review here but not respond to an email. Anyway my order still hasn’t arrived, as stated previously it was ordered on Monday the 21st and I really didn’t feel the need to to contact you when I was ordering to explain that I needed it for the 27th as it states in your delivery info that it would arrive within 48 hours of ordering! You informed me that my order was Sent on Tuesday the 22nd so surely that’s very unusual that I haven’t received it as of yet? I initially emailed you on Thursday 24th and at no stage did you offer any advice or help in tracking my order, I asked you for the name of the delivery company and for a tracking number which you have haven’t given to me! You stated in your reply on this that you’ve already informed me that I’ll get a full refund inclusive of delivery I certainly didn’t see that in any email, you did state that when my order arrived I could return it. I’m just wondering when I should expect it to arrive, I really don’t think that’s too much to ask?
