We found a couch that we really wanted…
We found a couch that we really wanted at a local furniture Mart. I ended up checking out Furniture Etc after I got home and found the same couch for $300 less and half the delivery cost. So glad I searched the site first. Saved us enough money we were able to purchase a headboard and still remain under budget. Highly recommend them!

It was a great experience!
It was a great experience from the purchase to the delivery! I was kept in the loop via email and no one dropped the ball. I was called to set up delivery then emailed delivery date and called 45 mins. before delivery. Set total white glove! Very happy with the quality of the furniture and the size is perfect for Tall People Ashley Hogan Chaise.

Overall, thumbs up!!
I phoned in my order to be sure I was ordering correctly. The order was handled well and I received the sectional sooner than thought. I delivery crew was very polite and helped me decide the positioning of the sectional. The sectional is comfortable and attractive. Very satisfactory experience.

My couches came quicker then originally…
My couches came quicker then originally thought they would and looked even better in person. The delivery time frame was from 12:00-3:30 and didn’t actually get to my house until 5:30 which was a bit irritating since I was waiting around for them, but well worth the wait...will be ordering again!

I was able to find the sofa that I wanted very easily. They kept me up-to-date with the shipping process so I knew exactly what was going on. I would definitely recommend this company!

Great Experience!
We had been looking for a reclining sofa and it was difficult to be certain about ordering something like this online. But this was too easy! We ordered, receive several updates about the shipment. In addition to the delivery window, we even received a call to give an EXACT time of when the sofa would arrive. The reviews of the sofa were accurate and it came just as expected. We love it and this process. It took about 2 weeks total.
