Very helpful staff keeping me up to date and cupboard arrived and was said on the tin, heavy duty storage cupboard. Easy to order and though out of stock they kept me informed and eventually arrived.

Bought a wardrobe from them which after a lot of figuring out actually is quite decent. Points i would like to make is they don't put the screws in order they all just come lumped in a bag and your expected to figure out the right sizes. The instructions for the build are absolutely shocking. What should probably take an hour to build took three hours so not great.

2 sets of Roma 3 drawer bedside cabinets.

These are described as high quality. They are not high quality they have not even edged the bottoms of the drawer fronts. These are left bare chipboard.
The drawer box's are skinny and flimsy and in the flat pack box are only held together by the thin plastic veneer that covers them. On the 1 of 2 sets of drawers i opened this was all ripped on all 3 of the drawer box's at the mitre joints.
I have contacted Furniture Factor about the quality issue and damaged parts. But was only fobbed off with what sounded like a generic answer.
If you do buy from this company and are not satisfied with the quality or even something is damaged they will only send out replacement parts. You will need to pay for returns.
I personally decided within 30 seconds of opening the packaging that I was returning these.
These drawers are not a bargain basement item they are £100 each when in reality they should be more like a £40 ish item.
I would say beware of this company with its misleading write ups and terrible customer service.

Ordered a unit that has two wardrobes and cupboards over the bed. Had a few issues adjusting the doors but was able to speak with Muddasir who was absolutely brilliant. In no time with his advice and expertise we were able to fit the doors perfectly, very simple. We are very grateful to him. The piece of furniture is well made and very sturdy. Would definitely use again if purchasing furniture. Thank you Muddasir.😚

I purchased a shoe cabinet from this company and paid £250, only to be extremely disappointed. When I started assembling the product, it became immediately clear that the quality was terrible. It is a glass shoe cabinet that barely seems capable of supporting the weight of shoes. To make matters worse, one of the parts arrived broken.

We contacted the company by email and sent photos and videos as proof. To our surprise, they told us they would send a replacement part only if we paid for it, despite the item arriving damaged.

We then requested a return. They informed us that this would be possible, but we would have to pay for the return shipping, which costs around £200. After some back and forth, we received a phone call saying they would collect the shoe cabinet on Sunday. We stayed at home all day waiting — no one showed up.

On Monday, we called the company again and were told that they do not collect returned products at all. In other words, we were misled once again. Now, if we want our money back, we are expected to arrange and pay for delivery ourselves.

This is simply a warning to others: do not buy from this company. Poor-quality products and even worse customer service.

I very quickly needed some bathroom cupboards.
I found just what I was looking for at a very competative price.
They arrived the next day and although there was a slight fault with one door, the issue has been easily resolved.
I fully recommend this company. You can easily speak the friendly, helpful and proficient staff. Despite the slight fault with my order, the quality is very good.
I will definitely use them again in the future.

However the product is not of good quality and there a 3 chip - 1 inside, 1 infront and 1 on the side but I cannot be bothered to return it as I threw away the packaging.

Didn’t expect it to arrive at 6am but delivery very good and unit has just been built and is very good just what I wanted

Very pleased with the items and great updates regarding delivery dates

Unfortunately one of the drawer fronts was slightly damaged on arrival. However, a quick phone call to the contact number resolved that and a replacement drawer front was dispatched, so the issue was very quickly resolved.
I would say that the assembly instructions were not particularly clear, but we worked it out eventually.
The dressing table is very solid, so very good value.

I ordered a tall 3 door utility cupboard which arrived with many parts damaged. I left a message and Muddasir quickly returned my call and was very helpful. He then ordered replacement items which arrived within a few days with superior packaging.

Lovely display cabinet. Arrived undamaged, as it is well packed. Plenty of storage shelves. Looks really nice with lights on when dark. Will definitely buy the matching sideboard soon. Took some time to do it, but got there in the end.

Excellent quick and friendly

Ordered a desk which was a bit of a mission to put up, within the desk a wrong part was sent. I contacted them via email and Muddasir sent the correct part immediately and assisted me via email with putting up the desk via photos of the desk in the show room. Easy to contact and couldn’t have done more to help. 5 ⭐️ service.

The delivery was smooth and the furniture arrived in okay condition (minor damages where it is not visible after assembly). However, the quality is slightly lower than what we expected for the price.
