It's ok. But not as advertised. I ordered early in the day and did not expect to get it the next day, and I didn't. I didn't get a reply for two days then was told it would come in a few days. Then they sent it earlier without telling me. I guess I don't like the deception. Change your name to furniture in 4 days

ASSEMBLY CHALLENGE
The furniture is great but the flatback instructions were not clear. It took four evenings to assemble the chest of drawers. We made on mistake as dud not have a piece of wood facing up with the colour of the furniture on it. This was not highlighted in the instructions and frankly we were not undoing all the assembly at the end. Nice piece when assembled but not for the faint hearted!

Mixed experience: Great driver, but delivery is NOT "Next Day"
I have mixed feelings about my purchase. On one hand, the bed frame is of decent quality, and the delivery driver was exceptionally polite and professional (definitely a plus!).
On the other hand, the organization was disappointing. The shop is called "Furniture Next Day," and it says so everywhere on the site. Despite living relatively close to their location, I had to wait a full week for my order.
The mattresses were also a bit of a letdown — I’d rate them a 3/5 at best. Not the quality I was hoping for. If you are not in a rush, it's a fine place to shop, but don't take the "Next Day" promise literally.

The dimensions shown on website for seat are less that mentioned . They are not as described and Kayla Pull-Out Sofa Bed With Reversible Storage Chaise, Beige Linen from furniture next day is just a scam thing . Not worth of price .its pullout chaise is not smooth and very low quality .

Very quick delivery
Very quick delivery. Delivery man identified that one of the items was incorrect and replaced next day. Can't comment on furniture as not needed until we move house.
