Excellent 5 foot mattress
Excellent service very fast delivery, they phoned with delivery date and driver phoned on the day to say what time he'd be here, got discount for signing up to mailing list, great value perfect mattress for our spare room.

We ordered a wall bed with 4 weeks lead time and were guaranteed that it would arrive on a specific week. It was delayed a week and then we got a call to say our bed had not arrived, on the day it was due to be delivered. Very frustrating. Spent a lot of time calling to get information and chasing details. A total waste of my time.
The deposit payment was through revolut and they wanted cash on delivery. All felt quite unsafe and ultimately we cancelled the order (being let down massively as we had visitors coming and needed the bed by certain date.)
Would not use again and would not recommend to a friend.

Quality of material is very good
Quality of material is very good. The directions are not . I can write out properly if you want so that it can be made very easy for the dummy handyman/woman can do it. Simple little things like how to know top and bottom. Left and right.....Not marked clear enough for me!! Bought 2 One is great second one and one is not good will have to get professional to do it as it was the first attempt. Thanks for quick dely!!

The assembly took a long time to complete due to very poor & insufficient details included with the furniture.

Happy customer
The quality of the products are excellent, we are really happy with them. They look a lot more expensive than they were, but they are not the easiest to put together. Be prepared to spend a few hours assembling them.

Over the moon with my purchase.
I ordered a 3 piece couch from furniture next day and it’s fab so happy with it!! I was really nervous as I purchased online after not knowing the company and not seeing the piece and I’m so happy with it… but everything went perfect. Delivered by a lovely driver .
