Ordered wardrobe and paid £400 said they had delivered on 11th of April but it hadn't , delivery firm contacted us on the Saturday 11th evening trying to organize delivery on Sunday 12th , why if it had already been delivered , first lie , driver phoned at 8.30 Sunday morning saying he would try to deliver before 1.30 , as we were going out for lunch , failing that it would be delivered before 10 pm that night , it wasn't , got text message Monday morning saying they had cancelled delivery and returned to seller , we contacted seller and they insisted that item had been delivered and had proof , they then sent a photo of some boxes in someone else's house and a signature that wasn't my wife's , it was then we mentioned that we had cctv coverage of the outside of our house proving no delivery had been made at the time and date they had supplied , 2nd lie , we got a refund , this is a bunch of cowboys and should be avoided at all costs .Had to give 1 star as zero wasn't an option

Placed an order with them last week for…
Placed an order with them last week for 2 grey solar lights. Said delivery between 2nd and 5th February but I have not even had a dispatched email. Have emailed and messaged on Facebook but had no reply, tried calling but the phone line doesn’t work.
After seeing all these reviews I am now worried I won’t receive the lights and how I go about getting a refund as I can’t even call them:
missing wardrobe
ordered a wardrobe through Amazon spent £400 and not received the item , the order was marked as delivered but told it was shipped , then told it was out of stock , asked for refund being ignored . have now reported to fraud team

Placed a order aftrr seeing item in stock, had email comfirming order, emailed asking for delivery date, no response. Few days later asked the question through sites messenger service, 2 hrs later i get a email saying order cancelled, refund provided. No explination given, customer service is no existant, very poor run business, extreamlly poor comunication. Avoid this company unless you want to waste your own time

Came quicker than expected and product was the cheapest at the time of ordering that I could find.

A shame you can't put minus star my fault I should have read reviews but I didn't stay away from this company you buy things within 1 min you get confirmation email .looks great then you hear nothing no date of delivery no updates so you email them .... Nothing no reply . So you call the mobile number on the web page oh guess what invalid number so.in my opinion its a scam this is not a legit company a legit company would respond and put a proper contact number on there luckily for me the payment was still pending and my bank stopped it and changed my card I hate people like these they will reply to this with a generated bull**** excuse but the truth is they can't be trusted and just scammers so beware and stay away

Shocking please avoid got a time frame on the site before I ordered, once ordered I got a email 2 days later saying confirmed and I haven’t heard nothing else on when it will arrive and it’s gone past the delivery date by 3 days I’ve tried emailing 4 times tried ringing but phone number doesn’t work absolute joke
No improvements
I stupidly placed an order from this company without checking on here 1st. It's been over a week and I've heard nothing. I've sent an email (no reply), so it's seem like they are still up to their old trick and it been no improvement. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

Excellent service from start to finish. The team were professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful in answering my questions. The furniture is of outstanding quality, exactly as described, and looks perfect in my home. Delivery was prompt, well-organised, and the items were handled with great care. I’m very happy with both the product and the service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Extremely disappointed with the service. I placed an order and heard nothing back - my phone calls and emails chasing it were ignored. Much later, I finally received an email saying the item was out of production and my order had been cancelled.
They advertise products they don’t actually have and fail to respond to customer queries.
Very poor customer experience and a complete waste of time. Definitely would not recommend.

Ordered an item last Sunday and apart from brief acknowledgement of order heard nothing since re delivery. Have emailed them twice asking for clarification of delivery date as I am away on holiday shortly, but had no response from them at all. Extremely poor customer service.
Non supply after several days of waiting?
Did it again, found this company and did not look at trust pilot first :(
They supposedly had an offer on Air Conditioning Units, with unknown companies I always use a safety net they did not offer PayPal so thought I would give Klarna another trial.
Credit cards are always so much hassle if something goes wrong.
anyway placed my order and order was confirmed, several days later my order was cancelled with no explanation whatsoever! it may have been because I used Klarna, who knows I do know there could be several explanations for it looking at all the other reviews.
the annoying thing is the same thing was available on another website for a tenner more, now that offer has gone thanks to this company.
will avoid like the plague in future...

I’ve placed an item on this site and had a problem with the delivery update. It seems that it was the delivery company Yodel which displayed wrong update showing that the items are fulfilled. I gave a negative feedback to the furniture wave company but I couldn’t get to know how to amend it. So I’m writing another review.
In fact the items have been received and were on time, but I panicked when I saw the update on yodel tracking. I haven’t opened the items yet as I still didn’t have time to do this but overall very good service and quick reply, they even changed my delivery address very easily while dispatching my items.
I apologise for the misunderstanding and the negative review.

Discraceful really. I accepted discount after reading other poor reviews as lightly was going to be the best outcome. Not happy and will never order from them again. Don't expect for the phone contact to be answered either. 100 percent avoid.

Got a wardrobe through Amazon. As we got the end of assembly we got the last side out and it had big chucks of melamine missing on edge was all broken. We had to finish assembling and we didn’t have the space. My home needs to remain wheelchair friendly. The as we added the shelves there was lots of chips. The doors hit each other causing marks and they dont even stay closed. Fighting for a refund, I would have accepted a reasonable amount of compensation to fix the issues but they offered £20. Whej I rejected it they started to blame me for the damage and told me to go buy things to fix it. I even had to block them as I wanted all Contact via Amazon for my protection.
