I can only speak for our local store here near Truro in Cornwall. The staff could not have been more helpful and gave sound advice.

Very happy with item and the service I received

We ordered a Tempur mattress back in December in store, and were told it would be 4 weeks for delivery. We bought the mattress, protector, pillows plus other additional services (delivery and collection of our old mattress), so we spent a fair amount of money with them!! (Not that this should impact on the service you receive!)

12 weeks later, and we have FINALLY received our mattress. Communication was appalling throughout this time. We went into our local store during this time (where we’d ordered) to get a refund on the old mattress collection, and the staff in the store couldn’t work the card machine..

Excellent service, very pleased with my chair

Excellent choice of sofas, helpful staff even when it comes to chopping and changing. Sofa arrived on day specified. It is a beautiful piece of furniture and we love it.

Staff helpful but not pushy at store . Delivery was sooner than anticipated and arrangements for delivery were smooth and efficient. Delivery guys considerate to my home and made sure I was happy with the suite.

I was extremely pleased with my purchases, delivery was quick for sideboard, armchair longer. All staff including delivery teams, were informative, pleasant & very helpful

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a bed and was told it was coming Friday morning, rang Friday morning to check for a time so I would be at home as I am working was then made aware it wasn’t coming till the afternoon. I rang again at 2:00 to ask for another time and the delivery man proceeded to tell me that he had already rang me which he didn’t and now they aren’t coming with the bed. Shocking service and disgrace. Would not recommend at all unless u want a bed 3 months later.

I ordered a bookcase from Furniture World's website. I had a couple of queries that were dealt with via email by Jade (online sales administrator). My emails were answered very quickly and efficiently and it was as a consequence of this that I placed my order.
When my bookcase arrived, there was a small problem that was sorted out by Zia - again I found her to be very helpful and efficient.
Really happy with my bookcase and the fantastic customer service I received from both Jade and Zia.
I shall definitely be ordering from this company again.

Was made really welcome by Dawn Hogan(sales consultant) at the Rugby Elliots Field Shopping park, and even got a free hot chocolate! Gave us advice on mattresses etc, all seemed at great prices, so was an enjoyable visit.

We were both extremely pleased and surprised by the exceptional standard of care and attention shown to us by all the staff. It is not something you often encounter. From my initial phone call to see if an item was in stock, through visiting the store, to ordering, to being updated regarding delivery and the professionalism and friendliness of the delivery men, who had numerous steps to navigate both outside and inside our home, everything was without stress, punctual and it was a pleasure to do business with the company. In fact, having been so pleased with our table and chairs, we returned to purchase a sofa bed. Thank you Furniture World, you are an example and credit to all retailers.

Great Service! As the daughter of elderly parents I was a little apprehensive of taken them out to buy a new reclining sofa and chairs. Ian knew exactly what my mum and dad were looking for and took the time a patience to direct them in buying the most suitable sofa and reclining chair for their later years. Great delivery service which was both efficient and stress free with both removal of old, unwrap and install of new. I would have no hesitation in recommending Furniture World in the future.

Excellent service store was very informative men who delivered were great young men no problems delivering as we live in a 2nd floor flat but all was well fixed altogether no fuss would definately reccomend Furniture Village newquay
