Its a scam, this company is out of India, do not give your banking info nor any info of you or your children, Its a scam, you can ask for your money back by contacting your bank

First issue, was it kept trying to restart my time. I read all the videos and I had 11 mins so I vacuumed until I could take my quiz. Apparently it timed out and made me start all over. It did this various time throughout the entire thing. Almost like j had to keep moving my phone or touching buttons to keep it on. Weird, not my fault i was able to read fast. First time in my life. Lol. Then the last quiz came super fast and I didnt know. So as i was about to leave the house and finish later. It starts the quiz with no warning and says if i end it, I will get a zero and have to redo. Then i go to pay my fine and they sont have the form. I completed mine on 5th due to them having site issue and it will be unavailable after 5th. So i had to scram to get it done while sick when i had til 12th. Fine. Then court says i need documentation to close case. I the realize. I have to pay another $10 for the document showing completed the course. Con after con. Just tell someone the price so we are aware before we start. What if someone didn’t have that $10 to get it! And their chat doesnt work.

After spending several hours and completing 60% of the course, successfully passing all of their quizzes was locked down when mistakenly entered password of their voice recognition system. Only 3 of mistakes allowed while # of entering required along the curse. All they offered was to start this curse from scratch after wasting my day and actually staying on edge of the cliff along the curse. Highly unfriendly to customers, looking like enforcement agency willing to catch you.
I just found out they have "F" rating on BBB. Avoid by any means this F company!

Worst course ever, locks you out when you record the frases. Stay away

I was locked out of my account and was told I had to re-register even though I had paid for the premier pass. They are a scam!!! Don't fall for them like I did.

Do not pay for their courses if the course time limit doesn't fit your work schedule. If you have a family emergency or job emergency that may pop up do not choose this company for any certifications. they will take your money and will not assist you. shop around and check different companies to see if it fits you. especially if you are a busy adult. you will lose your money. don't stop here first. look around

This people are thugs, because the system failed to recognize a security question, It logged me out and made me restart a course that have almost completed for many hours, then they asked me to pay again. unbelievable.
