Booking issue but professional installation
Adam, the installer was very prompt and helpful. He managed to squeeze us in earlier than scheduled which was very beneficial to us. The negative was that the fusion booking system is floored and they ‘had an issue with their booking system’ that resulted in the installation taking place 1 week later than planned.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end…
The process from beginning to end was smooth and professional. I was updated regularly about dates and progress. The installer, Dean, was outstanding (10/10)! On arrival he went to look at my setup (three phase so complicated) and discussed options with me. He regularly checked in, did a beautiful job with installation (he cared that job was done well from an aesthetic perspective) not just functional. When finished he explained the system to me and showed me how to use the app and charger. I would highly recommend Fusion and Dean.

Easy EV charger installation!
Dom was our installer - we’d been told in advance the installation could take up
To 4 hours but Dom had in done in a little over an hour. Fantastic service and very smooth!

New Ohme EV Charger
Had an Ohme EV charger installed and I cannot fault Murray and his colleague at Fusion Electric at all. He was brilliant, called me before he came, explained things well, I felt he went the extra mile and installing the charger where I wanted, neat install and friendly through out. I was really pleased with the whole process and end result.

Great customer service
Lewis was friendly, polite and had a top attitude from start to finish. His work was clean and tidy and he didn’t mess about at getting the job done. Lewis is a credit to the company and I would definitely recommend him.
The actual charger is fitted neat and today and looks the part.
