Shipping is always so quick, and the items are always exceptionally well packaged. Can't fault them.

Wanted to turn my very urban-style (no soil, no mess) house into something a little more green. Future Garden was the place to go. The products are of great quality (many times better than what one would expect for the price) and long-lasting. The best product I bought from them was the air pots range. I decided to conduct a bit of an experiment (I'm a scientist) and see if the air pots did what they said on the tin. A few weeks later, the trees in the air pots are budding and those not in air pots are getting there, but much slower.
Brilliant company, brilliant customer services, brilliant shipping time, brilliant products. What more can I really say?

Ordered a 1.2m x 2.4m x 2m tent
Ordered a 1.2m x 2.4m x 2m tent, it come with what look like burn holes in it and also 3 rips on the back, but diddnt notice until night time when i had set up all the gear and the light come through them all... the customer service was average, offered me a new one but honestly dont have time to set all my equipment back up.
Which i told them and they replied with ok thank you, have a good day
Would never recommend 😏

We’re very sorry that your grow tent arrived with holes and tears. We understand how frustrating it must have been to discover the damage only after assembling the tent and installing all your equipment. Although we offered a replacement, we appreciate that dismantling and rebuilding an entire setup would have caused considerable inconvenience. Our final response was also too brief and did not properly acknowledge your disappointment or explore whether another suitable solution was available. We apologise that both the product and the way your concerns were handled fell short of the service you should have received.
