Gamersathart Avis

Cheaper prices and a bigger variety of stock than I could find anywhere else, shipping was incredibly quick, genuinely could not recommend them more. Will definitely see repeat orders from me.

My son and I recently attended for a Pokemon pre release event and thought the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. We very much enjoyed the evening and will no doubt be back! Thanks you

I preordered the new one piece booster box, ‘carrying on his will’ - it arrived on Halloween.

It was really well eco friendly packed and sent quickly. The price was fantastic too.

The handwritten thank you and dice were a really nice touch and I really appreciated it - thank you so much!

Great retailer with excellent customer service and communication. Very reliable for pre-orders.

I have ordered a load of TCG products from these guys over the last year and the service is always outstanding. I have ordered extremely in demand products that my LGS shops cancelled to list at silly prices but Gamersathart always completed the orders. Just recently I ordered 3 cases of Riftbound origins and all have arrived in sealed cases which is how I have received previous case orders for other card games. They also have a pre order system where money is only taken a week before the order which I applaud them for as I am often left loaning money out for months on end only to be met with a refund after lot's of chasing. For every new product I will always look to these guys to secure my pre order.

Ordered the last Star Wars Legion Republic Starter Pack that they had in stock after struggling to find it available anywhere else online for a reasonable price. The item was dispatched after an hour and was delivered to me less than 24 hours after ordering it. Couldn't have been a better experience.

Pre-ordered a popular game at an excellent price and it arrived promptly and well packaged

Just received my latest order. Great price, easy to use website and fantastic service. Sustainable packaging, fast delivery and the hand written thank you note are all great touches that make it easy for me to recommend highly.

Low price and quick delivery. Will definitely buy from them again.

I’ve now used Gamersathart for a few purchases and am happy to report that upon each occasion it’s been a really pleasant experience. The pricing is competitive, the shipping is great, every time the packaging has been really good. Faultless, so I can’t comment on how issues are handled, because I’ve never had one! Many thanks to the team that work here, top job and warm recommendation from me.

Super nice and helpful boardgaming store! I got quick answers to my emails and would easily shop here again! Excellent packing of my game which arrived in perfect condition!

Best customer service I have experienced in a while! Furthermore, I am glad with my order and the way it was treated.

Excellent service. I got the product I wanted (Battle of Hoth) at a discounted preorder price. It arrived promptly, very well packaged. I received a free green die as a bonus. All the packaging was recyclable/compostable. Very pleased with the transaction.

Very quick delivery, best price around and well packaged. Thanks so much

One of my top two companies to use for preorders. Excellent communication, great prices and always quick to deliver.

Very helpful staff all along preorder up to delivery.
Good prices, perfect communication, great reactivity.
I really recommend this shop!!!

Staffs were helpful, emailed them as i was not sure of the product. Really fast delivery got it the next day and was well packaged👍

My preorder arrived on time and very well packaged. I appreciate that the packaging is compostable.

When I reached out to clarify the preorder process, the staff was very helpful!

Scammers I used Apple Pay to buy Pokemon cards . I was sent an empty box over a week later (AFTER THEY HAD CHANGED THE TITLE AND DESCRIPTION POST SALE ) they are clearly trying to “stop botting” and failing so have turned to scamming people instead don’t use this company.

PS the price was the same as a sealed box and I didn’t receive order details until 3 days later after and them putting on their website they would be keeping a % of any cancelled orders also I don’t use bot so using that as an excuse is a joke

Ordered online, product came well packaged and on time. Will definitely order from here again.
