I left a 1 star review in December regarding a disappointing fibre optic christmas tree. Garden trends replied- i sent a video of the tree under performing and a refund was arranged with no fuss.my money was refunded yesterday into my bank account.Thank you for your customer service.i felt it only fair to issue this update.

The product is great but ….
The product is great . Took more than a month to arrive. The delivery men were unable to deliver to my garden because it was on a gravel road.. A lady of 76 ( with vertigo ) and her daughter ( off sick with bad back ) had to take it a considerable distance !!!

Order placed and zero communication…
Order placed and zero communication forthcoming, delivery dates came and went when finally arrived one was damaged but instead of sending a replacement ASAP you again dragged your heels causing me delays luckily this install was with an understanding family member will never use your services again extremely dissappointed in your company and any opportunity to inform others of how dissatisfied i am i will be taking. Very unhappy with your performance.

I placed my order, it was confirmed, took my money then confirmed dispatch. After chasing, now confirmed sold out and making a refund. I could have ordered from someone else in the meantime and now also sold out. Not handled well.

Excellent customer service
Easy to use website. Excellent customer service as I had made an error with my phone number and had to get in touch. Prompt action. Will not be opening new tree until next Christmas so cannot comment on quality however I'm sure if I have a problem it would be sorted.
