Not put it together yet - but so far it looks great - cushions are firm which is a start... So looking forward to putting it together..

Online website easy to use. Bought aluminium Pergola. Customer service is outstanding kept me informed via email and phone calls. There was a bit of delay in receiving my Pergola but no big deal, the gave extra money off because off this. The pergola is very good quality and we choose to build it ourselves instructions easy to follow, but be prepared for the hundreds of nuts and bolts. Really pleased with the Pergola and customer services. Thank you all

The tree was delivered on 13/01/2026. It was to replace a beautiful 5ft fibre optic tree I had, had, for many years and which stopped working over Chrismas.
I received no notice the tree was out for delivery from Evri and the packaging was badly damaged when it arrived. It also looked like it had previously been returned to Garden Trends by another customer because of the way the box was sellotaped up.
I tried the tree out because I thought it would be damaged because of the damage to the packaging. I was amazed the tree worked but it is nowhere near as nice as the tree it's was to replace. When lit up it is dark & gloomy looking the snowflake lights do nothing to brighten it up. I am keeping the tree because I couldn't be doing with the hassle of returning it, I suppose come this Christmas time I will have to buy some led lights to see if they will brighten the tree up, which was to go in my front porch.
I have reviewed the tree on the Gardentrends site & posted photos & a video of the damaged packaging when I received it from Evri!
Like I said in my heading, very disappointed!

Do not order from them....

They list items as in stock when they are in fact not and will them cancel your order almost a week later as "not in stock".

Have to actually ask about the refund aswell....

Ordered a fibre optic Xmas tree. Not tried it yet so can't comment on how it is or if it works. This review is more for the courier they use. Evri. I've probably said enough and reviewed them also, but I was not notified of a delivery day or time, had no one come to my house. Instead the driver just lobbed my delivery over my 7 foot high back fence onto my slabbed back yard and drove off. Every chance the tree won't work now. PLEASE STOP USING EVRI for deliveries as this will be the last thing I ever buy from garden trends whilst Evri is their courier. The company itself seem really good tho. Tree looks nice in the box. Good price and good customer service

Quick delivery looks great

The Christmas tree is just what I wanted. It was easy to assemble and the colours are lovely.
The delivery was terrible Evri driver had thrown it over my gate onto my drive and if I hadn't been going out I wouldn't have known it was there. I was in when he called so I know he didn't ring my video doorbell.

The Sandringham Tree I ordered is awful and confused why there are good reviews tbh. It said it was reduced from £119.99 to £49.99 but the quality is one of a £49.99 tree so it’s not a genuine discount. I’d rather have paid £120 to get a decent tree so will be sending this back and finding a better one elsewhere.

Bought a fibre optic Christmas Tree
It was poor quality smaller than I ordered and it didn’t work
I emailed them and they wanted a video of me plugging it in but I had already parcelled it up and to take it out and set it up again was something I wasn’t prepared to do.
It not working aside, I was unhappy with the quality
They would not collect it so I sent it back and paid for postage
They did not refund me

This company has excellent customer service and I would highly recommend. We purchased 2 x 5’ Nutcrackers, we are absolutely delighted with them. We did have a damage issue due to rough handling by courier ….. Garden Trends resolved the issue straightaway. The Nutcrackers are great quality too. Would purchase again from this company.

I’ve never experienced such incompetent service from any retailer. I ordered Christmas lights on 26 November with a 3-5 day delivery estimate. After more than 10 days I made an enquiry via the faceless ‘help’ email to be told they had been delayed, but were on the way. They still didn’t arrive. I made a follow up enquiry to be told they had not been dispatched but to make up for it would send out via next day DHL. Again, they didn’t arrive. At the final point of enquiry they’ve now cancelled my order as they have now run out of stock. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

The light up tree I ordered was extremely disappointing and did not match the description given about the tree on the website. From the description given I believed the tree had multifunctional lights but when it arrived it didn’t. The instruction book inside explained that not all trees did. This should have been clearer when I ordered it, not be ‘pot luck’ when I opened the box!
I completed the paperwork, including order number & my personal details, put it in the box and returned it via Evri. I received a notification from them 3 days later that it had been successfully returned so I waited for a refund. 1 week later still no refund. Chased via email & they asked me to confirm my details, name, order number etc which I did. Received a thank you email & stated would progress my refund. Then a further email asking for tracking information for the returned tree!! I no longer have this information as I received notification it had been delivered back to them.
I am still fighting for a refund of £40 , I am out of pocket for returning it too.
I will never order from here again, and never recommend them to anyone. The quality of the tree was awful and the returns process slow & complicated. At 81yrs old I just wanted a nice simple tree to put up & instead I got stress & complications and have lost money😢.

CHR7009 Christmas garden lamp post , cheep rubbish had I viewed before purchase I would not have bothered more plastic that metal doubt this will Last one Christmas

Purchased a fibre optic tree, this is the second year of using it and the fibre part has failed, the other lights work, when emailed customer service was told nothing could be done, effectively the tree has been used for 2 months in total, not a great response and this explains why warranty only 12 months! You go to use for the second year and parts don’t work!
