Garden Wildlife Avis 

I purchased a water feature in June. Unfortunately, one of the LED's didn't work. I contacted them for a replacement. Since then all I've had is the runaround regarding a replacement. This company just blames the wearhouse for the delay. promised it would be delivered in two days. Never appeared. Blame the wearhouse again. Wearhouse doesn't know what happened. Will send out on a 48hr. I gave them the extra days grace. So should have been delivered on the 11th. It's now the 13th and guess what ...Still not arrived. They have lost any future custom from me. I feel they are very unreliable. And don't take responsibility.

When I finally got through to get some help all was well. Couldn’t make site allow me to put different addresses in, one for billing and the other for girlfriend I wanted to send clematis too. Eventually all was sorted and my friend has received a well grown on healthy plant, I want to order the same thing but sadly currently out of stock!!! Price was also very good.

It arrived very quickly and not damaged!! But the box 📦 it came in was a bit of a shambles. In fact I was surprised all the pats didn’t drop out. the product it self is of good quality

Having placed my order there was a problem with delivery, but I was told about it immediately and that the product would be available in about three weeks. I then heard no more. When I noticed that my payment had been taken I wrote to ask whether the product was now available, as I had heard nothing. I then received the product within a few days. It would have been good to have been told about the availability and that the order was on its way, at the time my payment was taken.

The shop app told me it had been delivered but it hadn’t, so I contacted the customer service team Luis was great, really helpful and managed to get to the bottom of it. But when the product arrived there wasn’t a real clear instruction how to use the product. I think that could have been better. Also think the larvae was a bit on the small side and some was dead.

made an order for some nematodes April 21st, they told me after I paid that there were no nematodes in the country for 2 weeks, finally last week they said they were being dispatched,and gave me a tracking number (Royal Mail) , which never brought up anything when put in, so I sent them a email,and a message on their website, which so far has been ignored, tried phoning, but just get a message saying they are too busy to answer the phone, not looking good.

I have now finally had a reply to my email, and have said that they will try and resolve it later this week

The plants were wrapped well so no loose soil or bent stalks. Very pleased to receive in such good condition, thank you. Planted in the garden straight away so look forward to watching them grow. :)

We’re very pleased with our water feature. Easily ordered. The only downside was the delivery time. Took longer than we’d of liked.
