This site is a scam. I have £70k+ winnings and can’t withdraw a penny. Every time I try they cancel my request please don’t use this site.

I don't know why people complain yes you have to send id and documents but made a withdrawal after that and received my money within 2 days yes they are a bit slower compared to others but a good site with daily bonuses

Total scam you make a deposit on your card they don't ask for proof of address or I'd but when you try to withdraw you need proof of address a utility bill proof you are you ie driving licence and they also want to see ya card and blank the middle numbers out.

Messed about constantly with withdrawals, always cancelled after waiting 3 days. Now they havw closed my account with over £3000 in winnings and they have stated that i cannot access this because my account is know closed !! Withholding all winnings from me

Absolute scam site. Deposited £50 and 5 days later they are still saying the deposit didn’t reach them despite my bank saying it did. Reading through reviews and what a co incidence the only few that are 5 stars was all done on the 16th Oct 2025 when clearly someone involved with the site sat and wrote them 😂 avoid at all costs. Clearly a big scam and my bank will now be requesting a charge back.

100% scam! Won 500 and they asked for i.d. sent that and spoke to their customer service chat and was reassured. Been a couple of days, so tried to login. The account is gone! Redirects me to various other sites, which are also likely a scam! Charge back requested for deposit amount of £20. Dont fall for it! They aren't licensed. All fake!

Terrible site ,They don't pay out. I don't know how they can operate. Avoid at all cost. As they are scammers. Try to get your bank to get your money back as this company is a fraud if you can from yourbank . They have no licence to be operating.

Deposited, played, won. Withdrew once no problems, continued to play and then started saying send ID for verification before withrawal. Endless cancellations of withdrawal, cant get speak to anyone about it as cant chat to finance team. Just same genecric verification of ID email time after time. And its a lot of ID which is concerning.
Got to be some sort of scam. Dont use, dont deposit. Probably wouldnt send the amount of ID they ask for either.

Absolutely useless there quick to take your money but won’t pay it out crap crap crap

Terrible terrible service. More than happy to take your deposit and then are a complete headache trying to withdraw. Save yourself the pain and avoid this site.

I deposited and now I can't get my winnings at all wish I looked on here first feel so stupid

3 months on and still an excuse not to payout the £500 I won, absolute sham company, Avoid at all costs, scammers !!!!

Deposited money and wagered what I was supposed to do and won, tried on several occasions to withdraw my winnings with all the information they wanted for the payout to happen.
Constantly rejected saying the same thing after the 8th attempt I've given up trying, absolutely waste of time and money don't use them SCAM SCAM SCAM NEVER PAY OUT.

If I could give 0 starts I would !!! Advised as coral Island on Facebook and it's not coral Island , deposited £20.00 had £300 winnings , they have cancelled my withdrawal serval times and asked for id documents which was sent in the format they asked , and then they had the cheek to say id sent wrong bank statement and It was from Lloyds! I do not have a Lloyds account , avoid at all cost.

I have over £16,000 in winnings and I have been trying to withdraw it since the 29th December. They take at least 3 days to decline my withdrawal request each time and each time it is for a spurious reason to do with ID documentation requested and adding more requirements. Do not put money into their accounts because they do not want to give it back

I won 1,304 on big bass splash. They never credited my account. Tried to say I only won 65 quid. However I had taken a photograph of my win because I wanted to show my friends so I will dispute it. But after reading the reviews I don’t think I’ve any chance of getting my winnings.

It's impossible to withdraw any money. Five weeks down the line, I give up. Stay well clear.
