after I joined i was given a bonus,
I won 215, I tried to withdraw it they then said I had to use what bonus I had left so they cancelled my withdrawal,
I then did what they asked and used bonus and again tried to with draw my winnings they cancelled transaction agai saying I had to wager 3 times my original deposit of 20 this meant I had to deposit another 40 this I did and lost the 40. I then tried to withdraw my winnings again they then told me I had not met required wager and I needed to wager another 34.71. without going any further they still have not paid and live chat is a joke. avoid at all costs

I'm really dissapointed with myself. I normally check trustpilot but on this occasion I didn't and like all other people hav had a bad experience. I was on Instagram and there was a Amazon Slots advert which glorified its site but when you click on the app, it takes you to garrison bet casino. BIG MISTAKE. I deposited £145 and won £250, which I tried to withdraw but they put so many obstacles in the way and then would cancel my withdrawals. Like someone else I decided to play the 250 and got up to 9000. How ironic. Anyway spread the word , Avoid this site at all costs because you will lose your money. They are just a bunch of heartless people.

I was constantly depositing money into this an addiction, always thinking your gonna win, asked to close my account but always came back with bonuses tempting me to deposit, I told them I wanted to close the account again and that I had done gamstop, filled in a document they sent me telling me my account was closed, it wasn't, temptation again for me.
I then told them again to close my account due to gamstop and got messages again saying good bonuses available, I finally got them to close it. There not bothered about addiction just taking money from you

My balance of real money is £59000 and withdrawal has been denied every time from £50 to£500 always an excuse. However I dont get the scam as I've only ever deposited £30 obviously got lucky but cannot get anything from them

This is the worst betting company ever.
I have had 2 withdrawal from them. The first one took over a month to sort. Constantly asking for proof of id. All sent several times. Once sorted the next withdrawal was quick.
Now onto to my 3rd withdrawal now they want proof of deposit which I have sent 3 times now. Why would you need proof of deposit you took the transaction.once this is sorted I will be closing the account. You cant contact anybody and the live chat is a waste of time as they cant do anything about your complaint about withdrawals stay away from them. I wouldn't be giving them any stars if I could.

These jokers know all the tricks when it comes to paying out. Proof of identity requested on more than one occasion, our services have gone down, despite proof of identity having been sent more than once they question why my username doesn't match my proof of identity. Just some of the tactics they have used so far. Terrible experience, do not trust them.

Absolute scam. Came up as an ad for a trusted site Mecca Bingo, app has the image for Mecca bingo then once opened comes up as Garrison. I will be contacting the bank and the gaming commission.

THE BIGGEST SCAM. make you deposit min £50 then don’t let you withdraw unless you’ve wagered it 3x. Can’t withdraw below £50. Disgusting website and terrible customer service to go with it. AVOID!!!!

If it was possible to leave a negative review I would 100% this is a dreadful gambling experience, and virtually impossible to get a withdrawal. From fasle advertising calling themselves Amazon Slots, when they are no way connected. Put money in but no money out, keep saying the same script, 3 working days which is actually never ending days. Give them a miss a all costs. I reported this lot, and after Facebook reviewed, they reported back they were not breaking any community standards, what an absolute joke, just shows if pay to advertise on that platform it actually facilitates scammers, and thats fact, after weeks of trying i still can't withdraw, doesn't matter what you provide, it isn't enough. I've emailed and been on live chat asking for their gaming license and actual business address and all they say not allowed to divulge that information.

Do not trust this company with your money, they will do whatever it takes to delay your withdrawal, I deposited 100 to start with built it up to 1500 and tried to withdraw but they kept stalling and stalling it over a number of weeks and just kept putting it back in my slots account, I tried withdrawing it again and the same thing happened again and again, in the end I accepted this is a con and played slots with the remaining balance, do not trust this company with your money

I have the same experience as everyone else. Deposit money, won £40 on top, withdrew it and asking for all sorts of identification including bank statements, after waiting 5 days from withdrawel date, clearly these guys are scammers. Avoid this awful corrupt company
