Elizabeth, the gatekeeper staff who walked us round during the property viewing took time to explain and answered every question we asked her professionally. The property was also exactly as we saw on the market for renting. I will not hesitate to recommend Gatekeeper to family and friends

I had a really positive experience with my application process. Kenya was very informative and kept me updated at every stage before moving onto the next part of the process. Communication was excellent, she was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had which made the process a lot easier and less stressful. Highly recommend!

Communication is Gatekeeper's strength
Communication is Gatekeeper's strength. As a Landlord I have sometimes felt with other Agencies that they've forgotten about me once the tenant is Insitu. Gatekeeper always keeps me informed of what is happening with my property and always gets my approval when it is required. A very professional service from all staff.

Knowledgeable and polite
Joe was very knowledgeable on the property and where he didn’t have the answers went away and had someone call us the next day with the information. Wasn’t pushy but was making an effort to sell the property to us.

Alice at Gatekeeper
My main contact at the Agent's was Alice. She kept me up to date, calling me every 2-3 weeks, and acted as a bridge between myself and the seller. Overall, Gatekeeper made the purchase a lot smoother where it could have gotten rough at times.

Communication was excellent. I received regular updates, even when there was nothing new to tell me. For me, this is a key skill that many estate agents appear to lack. Not so Kenya.
