Fantastic Customer Service from Chantelle

It is refreshing to phone a bank and have the call picked up almost immediately by a human being.
I had an issue with my funding window but spoke to Chantelle who listened and said she would get back to me with an answer before close of business (20 minutes later). She called back just after 5pm to update me and while on the phone, was able to resolve the issue. She then stayed on the phone while I transferred the rest of my funds to confirm they arrived safely. Fantastic customer service. Thank you Chantelle

Easy to open an account and once I have to ring and the person answered the call was Swags. She was excellent, very professional, friendly and polite and solved my issues. Well done Swags.

Competitive Rates and Professional

I have never used GB Bank before but from start to finish the whole process of opening a Fixed Rate Bond was seamless. Mark dealt with us when we first opened the account and also dealt with any queries we had. He was professional and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this organisation and use them again in the future.

Customer Service at it's best.

The GB agent was so helpful and patient. He guided me through the process expertly. I must of seemed a bit dumb on a couple things but he was brilliant. A credit to GB Bank.

Brilliant Savings Provider

I recently set up and funded a fixed rate savings bond with GB and the process was simplicity itself. I really like the simple website and the fact that GB securely check your nominated account details and also text and email you when your deposit/deposits have been received. Oh, and the rate is really good too. Would thoroughly recommend.

Good treatment.

Ever since I have been with GB Bank ive been treated with understandlng and respect, today that treatment continued with Emma I had to leave because of the other reasons, the staff is a credit to GB Banking.
