I was unable to access my account this morning probably my fault inputting my details incorrectly. However after contacting GB Bank a nice young polite and calmly spoken lady called Reah resolved my issue with a few simple steps .

Having just opened a savings account, which was very straight forward and uncomplicated, I logged onto my new account in order to find my new account number and sort code but to my dismay, this information was nowhere to be found anywhere within my account details! Therefore I could not make a transfer into the account. I called customer services and spoke with an extremely helpful young man, who quickly solved the issue.

GB Bank as usual solved my self generated problem!
They are always there to resolve any issues. Quickly, efficiently and professionally. The staff are extremely polite, friendly but more importantly interested in you as an individual not just an accountant number.
I would recommend GB Bank as probably the best bank of its type. WELL DONE, DON'T CHANGE!

An excellent service. So refreshing to speak to one person who assumed responsibility for my challenge over the course of a couple of days.

Have been with GB for a while; good so far.
I needed advice over the phone today, my call was answered promptly and helpfully by Rob in Newcastle upon Tyne. Uk call answering is helpful for me because I have hearing impairment and have difficulty understanding overseas call centres.
There was a small problem opening a new account on line using iPad safari so I was advised to do it on Google which did work. I suspect that a section of the GB software isn’t compatible with Safari but with help on the phone we sorted it using google.
Otherwise apart from the software issue it would have been 5 star

I had a question about how to access my account and my options on maturity of my savings account. Both were answered in a very friendly, easy-to-understand way and I am very happy with the answers and the fact that I was able to do exactly what I had wished with the minimum of time and no intrusive list of questions.

Enrolled on a 1 yr bond at a great rate now maturing had an issue with nominated bank a/c. Spoke to a lady Claire who explained in full and offered to do it for me to rectify the issue sorted can’t ask for more than that great customer care thanks Robert

We opened a notice account with Gb bank and the process was quick and easy. We always check beforehand what the phone service is like incase we have problems. We did encounter a problem on closing the account. The calls are answered quickly and the service providers are well informed and thecproblem resolved immediately. I WOULD RECOMMEND

Good competitive interest rates.
Very accessible by phone and answer without delay. Speak to a real person. Staff all speak English and so no issues in communication. All staff always very helpful and knowledgeable in their products and systems. Staff are always very patient when sorting things out, very polite.
Today spoke to their colleague, Chantelle who quite happily stayed on the phone whilst I made payments from another bank, to make sure the money hit my GB bank account without issue. Very reassuring when moving large sums of money. Thanks Chantelle and thanks to all your colleagues.

I spoke to Rob at GB bank today and he sorted out my problem quickly and efficiently and was an absolute star!
Five stars to GB Bank as well for providing an actual person to speak to!!!!

I recently phoned GB bank with a complaint and was greeted by a man called Rob. I complained to him about an issue. Rob was most helpful and was able to speak to him a second time following a further letter from the bank. This communication between me and him allowed for a speedy conclusion to be reched by the bank. I am delighed therefore with the service given to me by GB bank and especially Rob.

I couldn’t get into my account today, so I spoke to both Sam and Rob at GB Bank, they were both extremely knowledgeable patient and very eloquent. Such a pleasure to be able to speak to a human being that you can understand.

I have saved with GB Bank for a year now and find them excellent both in terms of competitive rates, easy navigation on their website and very friendly and helpful service operators. I have recommended them to many friends and relatives and would not hesitate in doing so generally. The lady I spoke to today, Claire, was exceptionally helpful.
