Buying flooring online seemed a bit scary to me at first but I couldn't resist the prices I saw and I'm glad I went ahead with the order. I bought a few samples first and made my decision of that, again Akram supported us through the transaction and gave us a very helpful recommendation! Delivery was scheduled and fulfilled very quickly too which made everything else easier.

I will definitely return when redoing my flooring and thank you for making this generally stressful scenario stress-free :).

GB floors U.K. offer great prices. I recently bought carpet that no other shop could match on price. After a couple of issues they rectified them very quickly with great customer service and communication. A real measure of a company is how well they deal with problems that arise along the way.

The service Akram offers is second to none. He is totally customer focused wanting everyone’s experience to be the best. I was really unsure as to whether to buy on line as 3k is a lot to lose, but i took the chance and was glad i did. Amazing service from start to finish. Ordered our samples online, they arrived quickly and helped us decide on what LVT to buy for our downstairs. We called and the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, advised us on what glues and door plates, checked the stock for us - and we placed our order. Our flooring arrived in 2 days, driver was so helpful and brought the flooring inside (he even called 30 minutes in advance!). Our fitter even remarked how good the quality was, and it has absolutely transformed our home now that it's been fitted! We've been so happy with the communication, money saved, quality of the product, delivery and service! Thanks again GB Floors, we've already ordered more samples for our bedrooms and recommended to family & friends!
